First of all I’d like to start by saying that I am not a Burger King fan and this place exceeded All of my expectations…. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the place and the politeness of the staff as they greeted me as I walked in….This is the first Burger King that took and gave me my order correctly and the food was fresh……kudos to this BK and the staff… Keep up the good work…

If I could give this place 0 or minus points, I would. I came in, and there was a man sleeping in one table while touching his parts. The place was dirty and nasty. The bathroom was HORRIBLE, like if no one has cleaned in years. When I ordered the food came fast, which was good, but then I noticed it was cold, old and very nasty. This is the worst experience I’ve had. I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND IT

Service was ok, went to the bathroom stains on the seat and the soap stinks . I got my food the nuggets were moist like it sat out for a long period of time . The burger was horrible one side was cooked other wasn’t threw it after first bite.

Very helpful young lady at the drive through window. I forgot to ask them to switch out my fries to onion rings and when I got to the window to pay, I let the young lady know and immediately asked the supervisor to switch it out for me. I also forgot my wallet and asked if I can pay with Samsung and she assisted me with no hesitation. I appreciate the great customer service that she provided me with. She looked like she enjoyed her job! Kudos to her.

No Coca-Cola and the other flavors(Sprite & root beer) I did order were flat. Plus, because they only take one coupon at a time, we had to circle around to get our full order in. They could have just taken 2 orders from 1 car.

I come here often since I work near by. Sometimes they decide to take coupons from the app sometimes they don’t. Then they put up a sticker says app coupons only no printed, still decide when they want to take the coupon. Maybe it’s the employee isn’t trained correctly idk, because they have no manners as well. Not even a “I apologize for you driving here because of a coupon and randomly decide when to accept it” it’s no so hard to have some manners and customer service.

This place has to be the worst location I’ve ever been to. Parking lot has tons of pot holes all over you need a 4×4 to enter. They never have anything it’s like a dollar store Burger King. And the place is under staffed and the few they do have are extremely rude. The place stays empty for a reason..SHOULD CHANGE THE NAME TO AINT GOT NOTHING KING!!!

Very bad experience. I ordered a whopper meal with no pickles, well it came with pickles, and burger was warm not hot at all, french fries tasted old. The sprite soda was the only good thing. I had the same experience at the burger king in hamburg turnpike, wayne. Will not go back any time soon.
