The staff was friendly, and clearly knew their product – and it was reflected in the quality of food they produced. While they were out of stock of some items, that was clearly a result of the crazy amount of business brought in by the storm!
The team was definitely doing the best they could with a line to the road and an onslaught of business from people looking for a warm meal after being without power for days on end.

TERRIBLE!!!!!! I’M writing this as a wait in my car for 25 minutes….for TWO SANDWICHES!!!! That’s it?!?!?! What in the devil takes them so long every single time!!! Leave our town KFC let someone better take over this spot. Absolutely ridiculous. This is the last time I ever come here. Last time it was 15 minutes for the same thing!!!! Then they don’t even apologize. I HATE YOU kfc. Save your time. Go to Popeyes right next door. I honestly cannot believe this location is still open.

All the tables were dirty and need to wipe down. Even the chair legs were gross. I got stuck in the restroom and had to call someone to help. The clerk said I was not the first to get stuck.

I’m from Ruston Louisiana we used to have a KFC but now when I want KFC I have to drive to West Monroe the service is so good there the food is good the workers are very friendly they make you feel at home. I appreciate workers that put pride in there work

The food has always been ok but if you order more than 2 things something will be forgotten. We are a family of 4 and even if I ask for my order to be repeated back at the window something is always missing in the bag. They are also very slow so you would think that time would be going to checking the bags. The employee at the window is always nice and seems happy to be there so it’s so sad that this happens so much. We keep going back because our kids love the Mac n cheese.

Two piece meal had the bone SHOWING, there’s NO gravy on the mashed potatoes, this HAD to be intentional. Also requested jelly for the biscuits and of course there wasn’t any. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER GOING BACK!
Ordered 3 chicken and waffles in the drive thru and she told us to pull over and park so it would look like their orders are completed faster because they are on a timer, I asked her to just actually make the order instead of lying to corporate about it, or give us our money back and we’ll just go somewhere else. She said ok fine then, and gave us our money back. I have a video of the last several seconds but you can’t post videos on here.. she was incredibly rude, she said her name was Felicia and the manager’s name was Shonda Smith, and that they ALWAYS tell them to do this. The pic is of “Felicia” giving us our return receipt after what seemed plenty of time to have just made the order and kept her customers.

Ordered food in the app, as well as, ordered through the drive thru using a coupon. My food was ready just within a few minutes of pulling up to the window. The young lady was very polite, friendly and courteous! Our food was delicious and hot when I arrived home. It was refreshing to have this type of experience!
I called the restaurant to let them know how pleased we were and found out that the lady at the window was one of the managers. I was able to speak with her and thank her again for such great service.
