When the new dude bought it, it was good for awhile. But now back to the same crap. Long wait times, orders messed up, fries that taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp since lunch. And if you try to call yo get your order fixed, they either don’t answer or hang up. I’ll never go again.

Horrible service workers are rude and can’t do their job correctly to save there lives. Orders are never right. Came here multiple times and never fails that my order is incorrect. Don’t even bother calling because nobody answers. Complete waist of money do not come here.

Great tasting ice cream, especially the banana splits and Blizzards. The different flavors of Blizzards make for a new experience each time. The chilli dogs are good as are the chicken tender meals which come with a sundae and drink. Conveniently located in Mahomet and usually in and out quickly.

We went in but didn’t eat.
They told me that they had 2 different fryers.. and only fries in one and everything else in the other. I am allergic to fish so I asked if chicken strips could be cooked in the other fryer.. they refused because that would make the French fries not vegan…
Wow … I can’t see Dairy Queen getting very many vegan customers… But they did apologize.. and we politely left and went elsewhere.

Been coming here for years and I have to say the last few months since it reopened, Dairy Queen has exceeded my expectations. Just today’s experience was amazing. Went through the drive-thru which has gotten so much better I’m not spending almost an hour sitting for half melted ice cream or cold food. The new staff is phenomenal, especially the two ladies that helped me today, Addie and Katelyn so friendly and polite. Just overall been such a better environment!!!
