To not have orders ready for delivery through Uber eats and Doordash is ridiculous. And to say 40 minutes for the order when this place should’ve been having food ready to go for these orders. Close this location for these types of orders. Employees could care less too. Only 1 time was I actually greeted and helped.

Terrible but par for the course for a New Orleans based fast food restaurant. Horrible service, lazy employees and almost none of the food items are available due to the laziness of the workers. Floors are sticky and dirty, counters and tables do not look like they have been wiped clean in some time. Do not recommend.

So im guessing the owners don’t check these reviews!!! The manager tonight not only had a nasty attitude but refused to give me sauce with my order. The nerve of this woman. All I did was order food and was very pleasant with her. Imagine what you have to be going through to clock in and be mad at customers because they’re placing orders. Just dumb. I watched her give her sauce ro other customers but when I ask, they all of sudden ran out. Lies! It was her juat being difficult. Placed a simple Uber order. Took a little longer than Uber said it would be. Service was not the best. Most places youre created when you approach the register but my wife and I only got a “are yall ready?”

Haven’t been to KFC in a long while, so I figured a little change up from ever pricier Popeyes.
Not the same KFC… Ordered a 4 piece dark w fries and biscuit.
The biscuit was hard, fries seemed old and dry, and instead of 2 legs and 2 thighs, I got 2 legs, a thigh, and a wing.
The skin was all dark looking and on the soggy side. They must be using old grease, which would account for the burnt taste as well. Even left a wet, dirty looking residue on the bottom of the box.
The Colonel would be rolling in his grave.
This won’t be an option again.
Just better and cheaper to throw some on the grill with some BBQ- or spend the money at Popeyes with their small pieces, but at least they’re usually cooked well.

Came to pick up my food that I ordered online just to be hit with “someone already picked it up.” I’m telling them at the drive through that they must have gave someone the wrong order or someone just went inside and grabbed something that wasn’t there’s. All they had to say was back up from the intercom because I guess it effects there business somehow. No apology or nothing. No refund. So I’m out of 30 dollars because you guys don’t verify who is actually getting the food? All the manager said is call the KFC number and I called and it’s been more than a week and I haven’t gotten my refund. Trash business and I’m not leaving this alone until I get my money. This location needs to be shut down

For some reason I can’t understand how this place is still open. never have things on the menu like wedges or french fries. you wait in line for 15 minutes or more every time you go there. have been there several times to order hot wings but never have wedges to go with the as advertise on TV commercial

Worst place to go always and I mean always they are out of something. If you have the choice skip this place. Another time still the same we don’t have that your a restaurant you can make it just to lazy to do so. Please if you have another option do not go here. This place should close or find better people who want to do their the job.
