Visited Applebee’s after a seriiiiiiousssslly long time..have to say that I was a bit disappointed. Not because of the food, but because of the customer service.. it was subpar. Had to wait for an hour before I got my beer..and then the food came, 10 mins later.. Thankfully the food wasn’t a complete let down..I ordered one of it’s classics, the lemon zest chicken and it was delicious..the rice was cooked to perfection and the chicken was soft and juicy .. Just wish their service was as good as their food!

Looks nice but the service and food were not good. Also be sure to look at your check closely. I was double charged for a soda refill and was told an appetizer would be free because they did not have what we wanted and was charged.

The experience yesterday was not good at all. I made a request to bring my drink right away because I was thirsty and it took about ten minutes. There was also a request to bring the soup out soon but after 20 minutes the appetizers came but still no soup. So I cancelled one of them and requested the other one to he packaged for take out. They gave me the one for free, which was ok. So when the entrees finally arrived, I waited patiently for mine while the rest of our party was enjoying theirs, and unfortunately mine never arrived. Of course they still tried to charge me for it.
The waitress apologized again, and removed off the bill. I have only been there a couple of times before, so I am not sure if this was just a bad day or if this is a frequent issue.

We have been to the restaurant twice in the last two weeks. Both times the service was horrible. The first time our wings were delivered to the table cold and we sent them back. We didn’t receive them until after we finished our entrees. On the plus side the manager did make an adjacent to out bill. The visit today was even worse. After waiting 15 minutes we finally asked the hostess to get our waitress so we could order. After the waitress took out order we waited another 15 minutes for our appetizer which wasn’t all that warm. Another waitress delivered our food & basically threw our food on the table. We didn’t see the waitress again until we were done with our food. We decided to order dessert and ended up leaving before we received it because after 15 minutes they still hadn’t made it.

Tonight was my second visit to this location. Both times I have walked out due to extremely bad service. Tonight I had a party of 3 guys that walked in during late night. While there was 3 servers on duty for just the bar area, we we didn’t see a server for at least 15 minutes. We ordered drinks and food and then our drink orders sat at the bar for an additional 10 minutes while our servers goofed off and danced in the back of the restaurant. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, we informed the bar tender we decided to leave. At no point did we see the server after our initial interaction. Certainly feels like our business was not wanted. I will NOT be back to this location. I’m sorry for wanting to provide business to your establishment.

Horrible service! We waited so long for a table and the manager told us that we can’t have a party of 9 people at one table, because they don’t move tables. So we had to sit separately. Waited another 30 minutes for the food to be ready and it was super plain and flavorless. The server and the host forgot to bring the silverware before the food was out, so we had to wait again for the silverware. The silverware wasn’t wrapped. Picture below. My friend asked for a hot sauce and only got it when he finished eating his meal. The server refilled water only one time and it was when we all finished eating. We asked for the bill. Took another 30 minutes to get it. The dessert was served after we paid. So unprofessional. I’ve never had such a horrible experience eating out. It was my first time dining at Applebee’s and I’m super disappointed! Corporate needs to take actions!

I just want to say that I am mortified at the service this particular location offered. A group of my friends and I came in late Saturday night just wanting some appetizers and something to drink. We were seated and after about 15 minutes we still weren’t acknowledged. There were other people in there eating, but not many so they weren’t overwhelmed. We got up and were leaving and the “hostess” asked why we were leaving, I responded with “Well, we’ve been waiting for 15 minutes to even get a drink” Her response was “oh” and then she continued to wipe a table down. Never even offered to get us a waiter or even a drink for that matter. It was rude and uncalled for!! We had friends that were on there way to join us which would have made us a group of 13. We took our group up the road to a bar & grill in the mall and they were able to accommodate all of us with no problem. We got some sodas and appetizers and had a really nice dinner, which was nice considering the way we had just been treating at your location. Will not be going back to this location or ever recommending it to anyone!

I don’t know why this location gets such bad reviews. Went here about a week ago with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful experience. Came at 10 when they were closing the doors for the dining room but sat us anyways. Server was very nice and attentive. Onion rings were FANTASTIC! Best I have had in awhile. Highly recommend. Entree’s were pretty good. It’s what you expect from an Applebee’s or Chili’s. Manager was spectacular. So warm and welcoming, super nice, came over and made sure everything was okay. Even squatted down to the table next to us to interact with some kids at the table. You can tell he is very down to earth and is a very kind and caring man. Will definitely be returning soon! 🙂

One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had! We went there for a quick dinner after shopping, assuming Applebee’s would be a safe bet. Anything but. From the start, the service was slow. When our food finally came out (two seafood dishes), my fiance’s shrimp dish had ground beef on it (obviously not part of the dish). Aside from the fact that ground beef is not a garnish, my fiance doesn’t eat beef or pork. When we brought it to the waitresses’ attention, that the cook added ground beef to the dish, her response was “oh, sorry” and then she walked away! I couldn’t believe it. So we had to trade dishes (so neither of us got what we wanted). On top of that, the waitress only brought out half of my original meal, explaining the other part was still in the oven. If that wasn’t strange enough, it wasn’t until 20 minutes later that the other half came out, after we had asked for the check to go. Which brings me to the last issue, the fact that we had to ask for the check three times, as we saw the waitress go and gossip with her coworkers at the bar between every time she forgot. I really can’t believe there is such a low quality restaurant in the middle of this mall.

Staff here is godawful. Where do you hire these halfwits?! My party and I waited half an hour for our drinks. We saw that they were made and done. Our server (female) deliberately ignored us and had another server come by and ask us what drinks we ordered because our server “didn’t hear what one of us said.” Well then, speak up! We don’t bite! We rather have our orders right than wrong. Finally our server comes with our drinks once we flagged her down and said we see our drinks made and can we get them please. She said she was already on her way to get them; however, not until we said something! Slick move lady. We’re not stupid. She came over with our drinks and had the audacity to tell us that we’re not the only table she’s waiting on (with not a care in the world). Well, if you can’t handle your tables then you’re under qualified! We continued to give our server the benefit of the doubt but she failed to deliver. I paid for my meal on the small kiosk on our table, requested that I didn’t need a receipt. She comes over! Overhears one of my friends talking about receipts and just assumed I needed one. Really, lady? At this point, I’m not playing nice anymore. How can someone be that incompetent? She hands me my receipt and I addressed that I didn’t need one (the kiosk ask whether you want one or not and I declined to get one) so why was she all of a sudden giving me my receipt? She said they automatically print out. I’m sure she only showed me my receipt because I didn’t tip her and she wanted some sort of confrontation. If she thinks she was going to get a tip, think again. With her skills, she won’t get squat. I’m glad I’m not the only one on here that thinks this place is horrible! I’m never going back again. Rehire and retrain your servers!
