I recently visited Barbeque Nation and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience. The food was completely tasteless. The starters lacked flavor, and the BBQ items did not have the proper seasoning or freshness you expect from a place like this. Even the main course did not feel fresh.
Considering the high pricing, the quality and taste were far below expectations. The service was also slow and not very attentive.
Overall, it was not worth the money. I hope the management seriously works on improving the food quality and taste.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I recently visited BBQ and it was honestly a letdown. The starters were served cold and lacked flavor. The grilled items were overcooked and dry, and despite informing the staff, nothing much was done to improve it. The main course had very limited variety and the taste was average at best.
The service was slow and inattentive — we had to repeatedly call the staff for refills and basic requests. For the price they charge, the quality and hospitality were nowhere close to expectations.
Definitely not worth the hype or the money. Would not recommend and won’t be visiting again.

We were a group of 5 people (3 veg, 2 non-veg), and the service was unbelievably poor. The staff was careless, unresponsive, and completely uninterested in serving properly. We had to call them multiple times just to get basic attention.
The biggest failure? The non-veg service. They simply could not manage it. We kept waiting and waiting, but the items either never came or came very late. What kind of barbeque restaurant cannot handle serving non-veg properly?
The food quality was equally terrible. Starters were bland, some were cold, and nothing tasted fresh. The main course and desserts were average at best. For the price they charge, this level of quality is unacceptable.
Because of the pathetic service and failure to serve 2 non-veg people properly, we refused to pay for them and only paid for 3 veg people. The experience did NOT deserve a full bill.
This place is highly overrated and extremely poorly managed. If you value your money and time, avoid this restaurant.

The meat was dry, overcooked, and somehow still bland. The brisket looked like it had been sitting out all day, and the ribs were so tough I practically needed a saw to get through them. If you’re going to charge premium prices, the food should at least taste fresh.
The sides didn’t save it either. The mac and cheese was gluey and flavorless, the coleslaw was watery, and the baked beans tasted like they came straight from a can. Even the cornbread was dry and crumbly — no butter could fix that.
To top it off, the service was slow and indifferent. It felt like no one cared whether we were there or not.

I was really disappointed with this BBQ spot. The meat was dry and overcooked, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The brisket had barely any smoke flavor, and the ribs were tough instead of fall-off-the-bone tender. Even the sides were bland — the mac and cheese was watery, and the coleslaw tasted like it came straight from a grocery store container.

Worst experience ever, I booked for 3 veg and 2 non veg and they said they will serve in same barbecue.. how disgusting this if someone doesn’t eat non veg and you said you have to.. this is worst service and non religious as well and hurt the sentiments.. spoiled my sister birthday never ever recommending this again and even will prefer Panipat for this type of occasion better then spoiling it.. red sauce pasta disgusting .. even road side .. what the hell.. we were 5 person , 2 non veg and 3 veg but only 3 ate and we were waiting for another barbecue as they asked and at last we ate out side and paid for 3 veg only.
