Went to try the new double down sandwich, let me just say how disgusted I am.. there is so much hair cooked into the chicken! I usually come here frequently for lunch and dinner but this will definitely push me away.. they did offer to replace my meal but I’m very skeptical on it. Everyone always check your food!! 1 hair is understandable from time to time it happens but for there to be enough hair out of a used hairbrush is disgusting!!

Have had delivery from this KFC twice, first time they forgot the popcorn chicken I ordered. This time they forgot the biscuits I ordered. Food was delicious, but I got the biscuits for my husband and he didn’t have any biscuits. If you order from this KFC, expect them to forget one thing from your order. They don’t solve this problem very well either when you call them about it.

They have awesome chicken tastes amazing however, the people that work here are bringing it down. Don’t seem to give a thought about anything but that paycheck and you gotta have passion for your profession because it shows. Also half of my fry container was filled with burnt crumbs from the bottom of the fry basket-gross.

Ordered $30 worth of chicken pot pies to take on RV trip and when I warmed them up there was NO chicken in them at all!! Achicken place with no chicken in their pot pies. They make their own at Fremont so quality is obviously poor!

Went at 9 pm. They don’t close until 10 pm. They said they had 8 pieces of chicken left, wings and legs. And weren’t making anymore though they had another hour and chicken is in their name. Lol.

I’ve gotta say this is by far the best kfc I’ve been to in my life. Restraunt was clean and staff was busting tail getting orders out. The long haired young man was like superman all over the place. You can tell he has a true passion for his job. I ordered to go. Food came out fast considering how busy they were and he apologized for the wait. WHAT!? I Thought it came out quick…. Order was accurate, fresh and very tasty. I will be back.
