I’m surprised these guys can actually get the orders right away they didn’t. I ordered the 20-piece honey barbecue chicken and got plain chicken. I ordered the wedges with cheese dip, and I don’t even think I got enough to cover the cost of what the what it was, let alone did not get any of the sauces that I asked for. My last couple trips to KFC HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTING. I was kind of curious if they were going to burn the barbecue sauce again, they didn’t even tell me whether they ran out of it. They didn’t tell me at all because oh it’s not even on the product on the chicken at all. It seems that this location is just going downhill. Is it that hard to get people hired up who will actually do the job. Or is it how you’re training them or not training.
Oh just so management knows the parking lot was empty so there’s no excuse for them not to do the order properly.

They were out of cole slaw! In over 50 years of KFC meals throughout the Midwest, I’ve never experienced this. I reluctantly accepted a substitution, but would much rather have had the cole slaw, as I think it’s the best.

If i could give my experience 0 stars I would. I places a mobile order and it said it would be done in 5 mins. Once I got there I sat there for 45 mins waiting for my order meanwhile 4 people were working and one of the workers was siting on their phones. 3 people left because no one covered the counter. Our food was obviously rushed and not well made. Do not recommend.

Even after I said something about pricing, this made 0 sense. It’s been a hot minute since I have been to a math class, but I am pretty sure this does not add up. I told em about it, they looked at me like was asking what π was! Chicken wings were good though. They need to figure out their marketing and pricing. I guess fooling people is legit here.

3.7 stars is surprising as it’s much worse. There was only one other customer in there when I arrived and the drive thru was dead. Every hot rack was full of chicken and was just sitting there drying out. Despite my being the only one of two customers and all the chicken having been made god knows when it took about ten minutes to get my tray. The counter where the buffet used to be had wipe streaks on it and was sticky to the touch. This is where they finally slid my tray to me when it was done. The fact that there are more one star reviews than I cared to finish reading tells me the owner can care less that he’s running a dive

Food was dry and gross. I used to run a KFC in Colorado so I know this was old chicken and should have been pulled but wasn’t. This is the second time I have come to this location and the fact they are not busy like a KFC should be is a clear sign something is wrong yet I tried anyway. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich got a regular chicken sandwich, wedges were old and gross. I will not be returning here for a while such bad management will need to be replaced before I do.

On a $100 order we were shorted 12 chicken tenders, 12 biscuits and a mashed potato and gravy. Bad part is that this store is in Fremont and our dinner was at my kid’s house in Yutan, so it’s not like we could just drive down the street and pickup the rest of the order. It’s 20 minutes each way. Grandkids were disappointed and just ruined what was a good visit with the Kids and Grandkids weekly Sunday dinner together. Manager said we could pick it up next time we visit the store. After my conversation with the alleged manager I would be afraid to order from this location in the future. Maybe we will go back to using our 176th and Center location in the future. They forgot items from time to time, but our house is less than a mile away from that location when the dinners are at our house and we could go back and get the order and a cake for the inconvenience. . Check your orders before leaving the store will prevent this type of unpleasant experience. That part is my bad for not doing so. Will be disputing this order as soon as the card clears. So sad this had to happen. I gave food score a 1 rating because we didn’t receive it all.

Went to get dinner and over half the order was missing went back twice first time was for missing fries which was the first thing we realized was missing the my girlfriend told me when I got back of everything else missing. So I went back to get that and they said that there were out of pretty much everything which is unbelievable especially nuggets when I got a kids meal for my daughter with nuggets in it as if they were the last five nuggets in the store about 2 weeks ago another issue was with quality of there fries which were like 5 hours old and rock hard when I said something who I assume the manager was she said i don’t care I don’t have time for this like you work in a public service job if you don’t like it quit especially to be a manager and act like that is crazy to me even when the other employees agreed that you can’t sell items like that. Another note is there was a leak in the lobby roof which wasn’t closed off to the public until almost closing time things like this are unacceptable a phone call to corporate is definitely in order. Over the whole store needs maintenance and cleaning and definitely a rework in the management chain especially if you are out of stock of everything in the middle of the week!?
