Horrible service. It took longer than 25 minutes to get one order. While I was standing in the lobby three people came through the drive-thru and came back in with orders that were wrong, or different than what they had expected. The staff seemed to be a little bit dumbfounded. I get it’s a fast food restaurant, and I’m not trying to be harsh, but there was a serious lack of management and Leadership on the shift. It was a Friday night, but it was not like this place was packed. In fact there were more people complaining about their drive-through orders than there were sitting in the restaurant. After 30 days of being out of town, all I wanted to do is grab something quick on my last hour home. This added 30 minutes to my trip. I’ll never stop your again. I would recommend the roller grill at the loves on the other side of the highway as a better option for dinner.

Went to the restaurant after bible study on Wednesday with a couple of friends. We ordered set down and ate and were visiting. There we’re two women who came in and ordered their food and at 9:20 to 9:25 p.m. Melissa who worked in the restaurant asked us to leave because they were closed and she wanted to get her cleaning done so she could go home in 5 minutes. She was very rude. We were flabbergasted. She also went to the table where the women had just sat down to eat and told them the same thing and they laughed at her. We went ahead and left but I sat outside in my car to see how long the women stayed in the restaurant and they left around 9:50 p.m. The next day I went to the restaurant and had to manage come outside to speak to me and he didn’t want to hear it but I went ahead and told him what I had to say and come to find out he had given permission for Melissa to ask us to leave so she can clean. I have never ever been told to leave a restaurant so they could clean we did not even realize they had closed. I did speak to the district manager and he said that there needed to be more training done at that restaurant. At this point I do not care along with a couple I was with to eat there for some time because of the rudeness and the time before that that we ate there the chicken-fried steaks were as hard as a rock and we had to have them we make some.

This is not a bad place to eat but it has become a very unfriendly place for truckers. They only have drive-in window ordering so it leaves truckers outside of their circle of service. However other restaurants on the same block are open and you can go inside to order. We haul your product but truckers are not good enough to eat at your stores? And I don’t want to hear about the virus being the reason for not feeding truckers.

The manager wouldn’t take my money. I could see that she was already cranky but when I placed my 100 dollar bill on the counter she looked at it as if I had slapped a dick down and proceeded to say very crossly”we don’t accept that here.” She could’ve handled the whole situation a lot better than that. We just had to leave because I didn’t have anything smaller. She treated us like we were trying to pay with monopoly money.

Although our food was good, I wanted potato wedges. Apparently this location doesn’t serve them. Just wasn’t in the mood for mashed. Why wouldn’t they have wedges. Crazy! Popcorn chicken was good though.

Don’t like this place. You eat out of a box. This is where long John silver’s is also. Talk about greasy food, this place has it, and eating out of a box in the restaurant is just uncomfortable. Long John silver’s and KFC together what on earth are they thinking, no worries not going back there again. The staff also treated you like can’t really explain it. Oh well not going back.

Every time that I get an order to go they goof it up. The last time, I ordered a 3 piece white meat meal, with Cole slaw and fries. They gave me 2 thighs and a drumstick with mashed potatoes and corn. I usually catch their mistakes, but this time I was in hurry and didn’t check it. I should have known better.Why can’t I get what I order???

Food is what you would expect from a KFC, unless it’s too close to closing time (within an hour or so). A few times were out of items and just had to offer to make meals with what they had left. Tried to give a courtesy call at 10am on two different occasions and order 4 or 5 bucket meals for noon and was turned away. Asked to give 2 days notice for that large of an order. My company has since stopped ordering group meals from there.

We had to call the clerk to the front to be served. The fish I had was dripping wet with oil. My daughter said her pot pie was good. Disappointed, I usually love eating at KFC / Long John Silvers.
