The management at this place is horrible they have a bunch of teenagers that don’t care about anything. The food at this place is usually ok, even though the fries look like scraps, they’re never longer than 1/4in. But my order yesterday was ridiculous, I found a hex nut in my fries. It’s a good thing I was eating the fry scraps with my hands and not a spoon. I’ve noticed that a lot of restaurants in Baytown have issues, they should get better management.

I placed an order @ 8:43pm. Said delivery would be 9:24. At 9:47 I called the driver and he didn’t answer so I called the store. While on the phone someone canceled the ordered as I was watching the delivery driver go towards East freeway (opposite of my house) spoke with a manager about getting my food she promised she was gone fix it yet it’s10:42pm (2 hours later) and my family is still waiting.. I’m currently in hills waiting to speak again. Will come back to update review as I see where this is going already. It’s 12:34 and I’m just getting off the phone with them. NOTHING was solved. Paid for delivery because I didn’t have a car for them to keep telling me come get it. 1st time and LAST time. (This location) bottom line i ordered food at 8 and didn’t get no results even after speaking with managers and customer care nothing was done. Cashiers showed more concern than manager but not one of them did 1 simple thing.. submit a ticket. If I could give a 0 it would be that. They shouldn’t use doordash and or they shouldn’t get paid till the order is received. No I’m out of 50$ and still hungry SMH

Decided to get Wingstop for lunch today and it was probably a year or so that I even thought of eating here. I downloaded to the app and pre ordered and paid my order. I was driving while submitting my order and I guess I wasn’t paying attention on what I was clicking. When I arrived I waited about 5 minutes until my order was ready. Timely manner. & I realized I received all bone in. When I clicked mix&match but apparently it lets you select all classic when choosing the flavors and I didn’t know. Well I went to the Team member up front by the name of Jordan. He reprinted my receipt and explained what I ordered. On top of explained he gave me my boneless wings that I originally tried to order to fix my problem. IM SOO GLAD he did. Because although I do like bone in (which is what I ordered as well) this boneless Hot were amazing!! Also Jordan looks like he enjoys working here which I love. People who take care of their customers is amazing! You’re doing GREAT Jordan! Wish wonderful things in your career!

Just because its greasy don’t mean its good. Payed $85+ only for the wings to lack seasoning. Probably the worst food I’ve gotten from them so far. Wouldn’t recommend anybody come to this location. The lack of effort is dominant within the team and leaders of this establishment.

Very sweet girl up front trying to do her best but surrounded by a bunch of guys who were more focused on chatting and socializing-work should be fun… I get it… but young, seemingly untrained staff. A few of us waiting were told they were behind and we were offered a brownie… no clear ETA. there needs to be an adult in the store managing and helping the work flow. Employees on their phones texting while frying-then burning and throwing out wings, hair flying everywhere (it’s covid, wear a hair net-prob why there was a hair in the chicken in one of the other reviews below! and gloves and keep your masks up).

Ok…. so I came to this Wing Stop at 104pm from Crosby because I was out shopping, and I ordered some wings (the Family Pack) and the gentleman behind the counter was very awesome and polite. I received my food and I went home and there was hair in my chicken.. I threw it all away. I dont know what to say, so I settled for Wendy’s.
