To start off I had not eated since 8:00 AM. I went out to Clinton Lake for the day. At 3:30pm I left thinking boy wouldn’t be great if I stop by KFC and eat some chicken. Biggest mistake. I order a 3 piece of Orignal 2 breast and a wing. What I recieved was a number 3, 4 piece. I set down in the diner and started eating. The first thing I notice the chicken was very dry. I normally would of taken back but I was tired and hungry. I ate a wing and a breast no moisture at all. I thought i would take the other wing and breast home with me. But I thought if its this bad here it would only get worst at home. The biscuit fell into pieces when I try to put honey in it. I was extremly dry. I think it will be a long day before I go back, This happen at 4:30 pm 5/27/2023.

Wife went inside to order and waited 10 minutes not one person acknowledged her. She came out, we went into drive thru, ordered 2 famous bowls and waited 20 minutes to get them! No silverware, napkins in the bag! Not even a thank you for coming or any type of greeting. Terrible customer service, and these are the people who think they need $15 plus an hour?!! If you all were real waiter or waitresses you’d starve because you would get no tips. Earn that freaking money. Do better

The chicken just doesn’t taste like it used to. Ordered original recipe. Something was off mashed potatoes and gravy were rather bland and biscuit was very dry. KFC just ain’t the same anymore.
