We just made our LAST visit to the KFC in Webb City MO! I went on their website to view their menu and made a selection, which was the 8 pieces of chicken with 2 Large Sides & 4 biscuits for $19.99 My husband then drove there and went inside to place the order and was charged $26.00 + tax! When he asked about the price difference, the guy told him that, “You have to place the order ONLINE to get it for the $19.99 price!” I went back and checked the website again and it said nothing about having to order online for the prices listed on their Menu to be honored. This was not the first time that we were not pleased with this particular KFC…but it will be the Last time!!

2-4-2023 2:25pm my husband & I stopped to share a pot pie & french fries. The food was very good & hot. However all the tables were dirty & the air conditioner was on mind you is only 45⁰ outside. I ask one of the workers why it was on, she said because it’s warm in here. We had to eat with our coats on. We were the on ones in the place for a good bit, no reason for anything to be dirty.

Needs minus rating! They don’t answer the phone, called several times to order ahead. Rudest person ever taking order at drive- thru clearly didn’t want to take an order said they were out of original chicken at 8 when they close at 10. Smarted off and when I got to window and asked to talk to manager he was even worse, actually shut the drive thru window on me saying something like f-off! Never, ever, go back there again and will report them to their corporate office. Ridiculous you go to buy dinner and the workers at the restaurant treat you like that because….they don’t like their job???they don’t wanna work??? I don’t know but I certainly don’t need to go thru that kind of nonsense just to buy chicken
