Such an amazing gem! Highly recommend trying their delicious “rainbow fettuccine” which is pasta that is freshly made from spinach, carrots, and beets. My husband bought the pasta to accompany salmon & lobster at home for dinner! Their pasta has perfect texture and taste. Their sauces are also to die for – we’ve tried the alfredo and alla vodka sauces – both are 5 stars incredible!

I recently visited the Yellow-Green Market and passed by Trattoria Di Vakis where I was able to sample the pasta. The gnocchi were so light and lovely little fluffy pillows of goodness. Absolutely delicious and fresh. The variety of pasta sauce they have are all equally wonderful and tasty. They have the most amazing donuts that I have ever seen. I’m placing an order for 80 donuts for my upcoming club meeting which I am president of. Owner Monika whom I recently met is as friendly and warm in person as she was on the phone. I’ve been eating here every other weekend since 2021 and I can only say that they have a loyal customer in me. The people are the sweetest and the food is by miles and miles the best Italian food you can eat in south florida. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wished they had a restaurant so that I can eat there on the weekdays .

Honestly, words don’t cover how good this place is. It is a true hole in the wall. The sauces have so much flavor and depth. I had the vodka sauce with bucatini and chicken. I wish I could have another plate. I can’t recommend this place enough. The owner and pasta maker is super sweet and clearly passionate about her work. She does a damn excellent job and I’ll be coming back for more very soon!

The BEST pasta and gnocchi!!! The pesto cream and Alfredo sauce are unmatched. Highly recommend and the employees are all the absolute sweetest! It’s in the yellow green farmers market.
