Restaurant was dirty, water on the floor, food stuck on the tables, no garbage cans near the soda machine, condiments weren’t set out for customers, a musty moldy smell in the bathroom, the bathroom was filthy, the food was undercooked and slimy, the french fries were burnt and the results of the outside of the chicken looked like the grease hasn’t been changed in a while. One section of the dine in area was closed off ( looked like roof damage from rain ). Cashier was excellent with service but the rest of the staff were not trained to serve customers with respect and kindness ( they were very rude) …. This particular KFC needs to be closed – redone and hire all new employees!

The young man who took my order was such a delight! He was professional and made great conversation! I was having a bad day before but he really brightened everything up for me. I tried to give him a tip but he refused. Such a gentleman! Whoever this man is, he deserves a raise.

Can’t vouch for food, but the girl running her mouth behind the counter needs a lesson in customer service and volume control. Customers can hear your unnecessary yapping. Complained because I walked in early, to pickup an online order. I didn’t even request the order early . Then complained about making the order.

They’re super slow. I ordered ahead on the app so my order would be ready when I got there. I waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes. They weren’t busy. Maybe 5 cats came through the drive-thru and there were 4 people already eating in the lobby. The workers told me they were waiting on tenders to finish up after the first 10 minutes of waiting.

Very disappointed due to does this look like two sides of coleslaw huh mac n cheese was what we got. Also we spent $43 for a 16 pc with 4 lg sides and only got 8 pieces of chicken. We asked repeatedly for the guy at the window to check and make sure everything was correct and he acted as if it was an inconvenience to do so and just stood there looking at us. We also asked for then to replace the wings with 2 legs and 2 thighs which also was not done as well as only getting half the chicken & incorrect sides wasn’t bad enough. Wow just wow very upsetting and aggravated to say the least.
