Went through drive thru waited ten minutes to be told to come to the window to place my order. When I get to the window the cashier is rude and has attitude. The food wasn’t fresh it tasted like it’s been sitting for hours. I most definitely will not return here!

The employees were horrible. One gal particularly taking orders in the food area was stupid as they come, the guy taking the orders yelling back the orders to food area gal was very stupid. I got dinner back to B’Nah 3 piece chicken was incorrect as ordered and minus Cole slaw and potatoes…..I waited after I ordered 28 minutes. I was told in the beginning drive up was not working yet after I went into store, I watched the people drive through while waiting my 28 minutes. Close this Western Ave location. My sister lives this place I believe their food is nasty.

KFC on Western in Peoria. Was The chicken cooked in old grease? The crust was really Dark, some close to burnt. The gravy and mashed potatoes were like water almost. The only things good was the biscuit, slaw and soda. Will definitely try a different store next time.

food was ok. seems like the company as a whole has gone drastically down hill. it used to be a favorite of mine. my last several visits have been less than great. food was not awful but it was not great. i had a 2 piece combo and my chicken was barely warm. tasted old. it definitely was not fresh. i ordered original recipe and got crispy. not sure if i just have bad timing on my visits and they just don’t want to cook fresh.
