Never the type of guy to leave a bad review….waited at the board for 15-20 minutes and ended up having 8 cars behind me Pulled up to the window and all the lady said was “we didn’t know you were back” and laughs I said hello multiple times in the mic and whenever I asked her to take my order, : she said “if I can have you pull back around the the line and we can get it” and laughs again and says sorry Am not please so I ended up door dashing it to my shop and food tasted old and barely anything in the nugget box Meat is cold in the white areas….Definitely not going back here again!!!!

**** ABSENTEE OWNER**** I should have read the reviews before visiting this KFC. Terrible reviews and evidently no effort whatsoever by the owner to make it right. I was going to a family dinner and was tasked with getting a 16pc meal. And 2 extra legs. So, the chicken in the bucket was ATROCIOUS. Very, very greasy, yet tepid and not anywhere near warm. The 2 legs were in awful condition—no way any reasonable person would believe they were worth an extra $8. Spent almost $70 and feel like I was stolen from due to the gross lack of quality. Much of the meat was dried out and stringy like jerky and some legs and wings the meat was shrunken back from the end of the bones like a 1200 year old mummy. Biscuits were smashed and some only had half of the biscuit—where and HOW did this happen? I will never visit this KFC again. And I will NEVER recommend this location, because I don’t want anyone else to have to terrible and expensive experience we had. And I honestly feel like I can’t in good conscience do it knowing the awful quality and lack of care or concern by ownership.
I do not expect any contact or attempts to remedy this experience by the owner—due to previous reviews with no responses.
But I will be sending a letter to KFC Corporate to share our experience. And will also share on social media.

Awful awful experience!
Elderly neighbor ordered just an 8 piece bucket of chicken. No biscuits, no sides, no drinks, just that. I agreed to run and pick it up for her. The store was a little busy so I expected a little bit of a wait, but good grief! First, I spend about 15-20 minutes locked in the drive thru, only to finally get to the speaker box and be told kind of rudely to come inside to pick up the order. Not a great start. I didn’t want to come in because our interlock sticks and I have to disconnect the battery just to get my key out and I’m not leaving it in on this side of town. Then I go inside and wait FOREVER for the 3 people before me to be helped. When I finally get to the counter, the cashier proceeds to go “help” on sides, I think? It’s hard to tell what they’re doing because they’re not accomplishing much. I stand there getting ignored for 10 minutes before the girl from dove thru wanders over and I ask if i can just get the order. Horrible experience! I hate this place so much! All said and done, it took me about 45 minutes just to go pick up an 8 piece bucket that was ordered online.

Ordered 2 of the fan boxes online. It said the order was ready to be picked up. But when we got there, they hadn’t even started it yet. Waited another half hour, people that came in, and ordered after we’ve been standing there for 15 or 20 minutes and got their food before we did. When we finally got home with our food, we only received one of the fan boxes not two, had to drive back up.It is the most unorganized place i’ve ever seen. 5 other people were standing there with orders that were all mixed up. Absolutely no organization or leadership.

Placed online order. Total was over $80. Ordered the wedges and queso. They sent a small side of wedges and a side of brown gravy for $8.99. When I called they said they no longer had that. Then why is it on your website to order??? Food was NOT good quality. Mac and cheese tasted funny and corn was cold. Biscuits were under cooked. Never again!!!

Clancy was great! As I was trying to decide my order, he helped me to figure out the best deal for the amount of food I needed to get. Every time I come to town, we always stop. Great place and food is always fresh and hot!

Terrible experience, picture of my receipt. I did not recieve a Tenders combo which means KFC just picked 13.49 of my money, I asked for 1 kids meal and they charged and gave me 2.
So cashier Zack or whoever is in charge of completing orders should pay attention.

Using the order kiosk was very convenient. The employees were helpful but still unfortunately forgot to give us one of our Mac & Cheeses. The good was good and it was a great, clean atmosphere.

Everytime I order here.. food is perfect. But… they always short me on my order. So far I am down 2 famous bowls for the year. Check your order, don’t count on the children to do the job they are paid for.

I am out of town. I said let’s try KFC. Boy am I happy. I have had the best biscuits I have ever eaten. The potato’s were delicious and Mac was good. Very pleased overall!!
