Do not go if a line. Terrible window service. After waiting to order for over 10 minutes. While sitting in front of the speaker. Everyone was waiting. Girl came on and said sorry not going to take any more orders. Then a guy spoke over her said go ahead.” They need some training big time!!! From start to finish, it took about 45 minutes. It went good. Very disappointed with $20 fill up box. Had an old oil taste. Also ordered Cole slaw & a container of of gravy. Cole slaw good. They charged me _2.99 for a half cup gravy. Rip off ! I’ll go back but not for that.

Service is SLOW. Hardest working staff was a cook in the back with blue hair and a pregnant lady – we appreciated their efforts. The rest either walked slow, drank refreshments on the service line or ignored your presence. Wait time for “chicken” was over an hour. They blamed it on online orders so they closed the lobby but it was also poor flow management. Other customers stated it is always like this but this is unacceptable. A lot of the online orders were meal box that included chicken & chicken nuggets so you would think they’d drop basket after basket of each and help eachother with orders but that did not seem the case. Hopefully their service will improve.

First in line, we waited over 8 minutes to place an order. Someone filling orders told the cashier not to take orders cause they were too busy. He said absolutely nothing to us or others waiting to place an order. Apparently, delivery services have priority over customers in store. Waited a bit longer left. No apology, hope you give us another chance….nothing. very disappointing.

Their service is almost as bad at Popeyes. I went in the drive thru and they forgot my fries, so I told them, and one of the workers said “that’s not my problem” and I heard them all arguing at each other, and then when the worker finally gave me my fries I said thank you and she rolled her eyes at me and ignored me. Someone needs to call corporate on them. Do better.

Ordered for grab and go and gave them 30 minutes. Showed up at my pickup time and the doors were locked. About 15 cars in the drive so I walked up to the window and asked what was going on. At first they couldn’t even find my order. I talked to 4 different people and no one had a clue. They just stood around like they didn’t know what to do. I called headquarters and got my money back but that took over 30 minutes also. Will never go back.

IF YOU WANT GOOD KFC GO TO MILLER PARK WAY! WEST ALLIS IS TERRIBLE AND FILTHY! I have never in my life had such a terrible experience. Spending over 50 dollars for food, chicken cool not hot. Greasy, withered, cold corn, I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and I got macaroni and cheese the line was so long for people waiting to order and people were getting sent out the door and told to go through the drive-thru after waiting 20 minutes or more. We waited over 20 minutes to get our food as we watch people in line getting upset and getting mad at other people in line. We also witness a close to call friction between a doordash person who was trying to pick up food that wasn’t even ready. People were getting kicked out and being told that they weren’t taking orders inside anymore , but then 4 girls of color came in with low-cut tops they were allowed to order. My opinion is that what’s good for one is good for all there is no difference in any person by their color race or Creed. Especially with families with little children that got sent out the door because they were not taking ordered supposedly at the counter anymore then one girl of color that work for the place was loud and boisterous talking about customers I made the comment that she was not staying any longer and she was not sleeping here this was terrible the food was terrible the atmosphere was terrible and it is very unprofessional I am going to take this as high as I can until this is solved and I get a refund of all my money because what we spent was not anywhere worth what it was and I want them to address the issue of the Discrimination that we witnessed. And you may ask why didn’t we go up there and address our food because most of the workers there were very arrogant and we’re making rude and lewd comments about customers and kind of scared us with their no respect type of attitude that was uncalled for

Drive thru worker the last 2 times I came are rude and disrespectful do not even ask if im finished or tell me to pull around when im done just expect me to know if im good to go . Act annoyed at questions I ask and make it very obvious in the fact they do not want to be there. I am a manager of a fast food I understand how rough it can be but there is absolutely no excuse 2 times in a row to be made to feel like I am a burden for trying to spend my money on food and as if I’m annoying or dumb for asking simple questions about the menu items.

I have not been to KFC in a long time . Waited 35 minutes for my food and they messed up my order. You could hear the manager and employees arguing and cursing and playing music . I definitely will not be going back to this location.
