If I could give it no stars I would! I asked for fresh chicken I was given old chicken. The manager claim it was only 20 minutes old! No it was old! Dirty very dirty inside. We t in to pick up an order I placed for a 1:30 pick up. I was literally 4 minutes early and the person in the driveway thru was pretty rude. This was on 2/7/25. Any way so I go inside to wait because my option was to go back through the drive-thru wait in the parking lot or come in. I decide to go in and I kind of wish I hadn’t because this place was absolutely filthy inside food under every single table and I’m not exaggerating. . For a dining room at anywhere to be this disgusting makes me wonder what the parts that the public are not allowed to see look like. P whoever the manager is here. Please take this however you want, manage better, delegate things for people to do, take literally 10 minutes out of your day and sweep your floor. Take some pride in your job. As for me, I will not be back. I felt the customer service was kind of rude and the entire disgustingness of the dining area was just enough.

The food at this KFC is fine. Dining room is in need of updating, but still okay. It wasn’t at all busy inside. We witnessed only four orders being placed while there. Out of those four orders, the staff was batting 1,000. Four of four orders were fouled up in one way or another. On two orders, they shorted the customer part of their order. One customer was shortchanged when he paid by cash. On our order, after we returned to our booth, we discovered that the young man who took our order neglected to ring up our drinks.
I’d say that they need adult supervision, but there was an adult working. They DO sorely need training, particularly on customer service. (I’m old enough to remember sayings like “The customer is King” and “The customer is always right.”)

I ordered 50 chicken tenders for my grandsons first birthday. The order was ready at the time I ask and the employees were very pleasant and helpful! The chicken was excellent. Very meaty and juicy!! I highly recommend this KFC for great service and delicious chicken!
