Went here 4/22 in Grambling & everything was soooo delicious. Chicken shawarma, basil hummus, garlic hummus, & falafel with garlic sauce. Can’t wait to try more dishes. Service was a little slow making our order, but they had 2 big takeout orders picked up while we were waiting. Small dining area (we took ours to go). 2023- they had a food truck, but it’s now temp closed 2024 …try to go to the Ruston Farmer’s Market to see them there on Sat am.

Excellent chicken shawarma, rice was flavorful and perfectly cooked, falafel paired greatly with garlic sauce, and the lemonade was excellent. Large servings but even that didn’t stop us from eating everything on our plates! Will go again soon.
