Ordered the 3 piece tenders and got the most basic tenders in the place- so small and barely breaded, thought they were potato wedges at first. Asked for extra crispy tenders and they said “they already are” but these were floppy and soft. Biscuit and fries were good but tenders need improvement. Before I ordered the cashier was abruptly rude to the customer in front of me who was hard of hearing. When it came time to order the cashier asked if I minded waiting for part of my chicken tenders. No big deal….. 30 minutes later we finally get our order for dine in. Tenders take 7-8 minutes to cook. And no, it wasn’t busy.

The single worst kfc I have ever been to. Twice the didn’t even have enough chicken to fill a 12 piece bucket. One time had to take a different order than I requested. I attempted to order on line and paid by credit card $46. . Drove 45 minutes and stood at the counter (ignored) for 15 minutes. Only to be told they never got the order . I checked with the credit card company and my card was charged. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

The fries were, hard fried and cold. The chicken strip were very small, maybe two inches long and were very dry. The unsweetened tea was warm – lack of sufficient ice – very sad. Oh, and only one ranch dressing packet.

edit: i’ve come to realize this review is not shown to other users besides the picture. -1000 points to KFC. DEEPLY, DEEPLY upset. i never really leave reviews unless something AWFUL happens but here i am. 1 star because a chicken WING with a BONE was found in a chicken SANDWICH. so i called.. the first person answering definitely didn’t understand my frustration and made excuses. THEN the manager gets on the phone and basically made more excuses without apologizing, saying there are new employees and the chicken are all right by each other and must’ve gotten mixed up which is bs. the girl pulling the chicken off the tray made eye contact for about 30 seconds right before she grabbed the incorrect chicken, but it’s a mistake, right? what if i cracked a tooth? swallowed the bone? would they care THEN? if i could give 0 stars, i would. i’m super frustrated and will not give them my money ever again.
