Employees were polite and competent. KFC is so expensive it seems anymore but none less the food was good and prepared correctly. Good job everyone! Lunch shift (We did get a cookie forgotten though reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) To be honest I didnt give them a chance to fix it and I’m 99.99% sure they would have in a heartbeat. I only had 20 minutes left of lunch at that point. Either way, they all did great, all around!! Thank You!

Wow, what a surprise. It would have been nice for KFC to post a sign, “Get your s### and get out”. We bought a meal for four and expected to sit down and eat. Nope. They weren’t giving out plates or trays. So we ate reheated food at home a couple hours later.

We get chicken once a month and usually love it… lately which is mostly my fault for not double checking we have gotten home 20 min. Away to notice all we got was chicken and zero sides or buscuits…so in order to get our food we would have to go all the way back into town, round trip 40 min. I guess I will be checking our bags from now on!

They never have enough dark meat. Not even for a up charge can you get all thighs. They always say no!!! You can get better chicken from family fare. And the way you want for alot cheaper.

Filthy tables, seats sticky, floor dirty with food on it. Wonder what the kitchen looks like when dining area is so gross. Not busy when we were there, yet no one come out to wipe tables etc. the whole time we were there stayed and visited in the kitchen.

Gross. If I could give negative stars, I would. The workers eat the food right behind registers. Most of the time the tables, floors, counters are dirty and gross. Employees have been caught smoking cigarettes in the coolers. Very terrible and low quality KFC, better off driving an hour to West Branch or Houghton lake.

The last three times we went to this KFC the food was either underdone, the wrong food or we didn’t get half of what we ordered. The last time we went they gave us no dipping sauce, utensils, honey, and the chicken was not even warm or done the breading was tan and goey.
