Ordered a sandwich from the Wakefield location. Found a huge bug in my sandwich. The employees couldn’t give me any info regarding the phone number/email address of the franchise owner for this location. If anyone has that info can you please message it to me? It seems I can’t find any info even for their corporate office. I’m definitely not eating at this location again. I couldn’t see a sanitation score displayed either.

I did a mobile order of a #8 which is a club sub that comes with Turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon & mayo. Served Mike’s Way with onions, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil, oregano, and salt. Well I had added pickles and asked for no onions. The sandwich in which I received had no onions, as well as no pickles and bacon. My bread was soggy from the amount of vinegar that it was drowned in and leaking out of the wrapper. This is no way shape or form worth almost $13.

Food was great however the one employee had a long ponytail and when moving around the hair was brushing all over the fresh bread rack. A couple of the guys also had longer hair flipping around with no covering. If my order wasn’t going already I would have just left.

I have bought many times from this location and the sandwich is usually fine. The last one I bought the bread was a little stale and the meat would not stay in the sandwich as the bread was breaking apart. Not sure when they get the fresh bread but this one seemed a day or so old. After reading other reviews maybe I should try other locations.

Please just avoid this location. We had been avoiding the one in Falls River because that store is dirty. This one however is a nightmare. Last two orders we have had there were no directions followed on mobile orders basic things like putting the bacon on a club. Last time I was in there I waited 40 minutes after ordering in person. My husband went up there after we ordered mobile and they were out of white bread and had made our sandwiches on wheat. Tonight was the most disrespectful experience. At 7:30 I tried to order mobile it would not allow me to. I called and the gentleman who picked up said can you please call back in 10 minutes we are just finishing up a big order. I made a joke asking him if he was sure they were going to answer. His response oh yes of course! I called 10 minutes later same number and now all of a sudden the number does not work. So my son went to the store to order in person. The door was locked at 8:30pm. To that joker I talked to on the phone ( you know who you are) next time be honest that you are just going to close instead of lying and wasting my time. So disrespectful I truly hope that you get the karma you deserve.

One of my favorite subs for sure just can’t afford them anymore. Called in my order like usual and never dawned on me to ask “How Much?” Well – I got Sticker Shock when it cost $39.00 for 2 Giant #13s. Not including a tip.

This establishment is horribly run. If you’re open until 9pm then why is any establishment closing 30 minutes prior to the actual closing. Rude employees who don’t respect the customer. If you’re going to close the store for clean up then make sure to change the time on the door so it’s clear you aren’t actually going to be feeding anyone. If I could give no stars I would.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Ordered via mobile app and took 30 minutes to have them fulfill my order! Watched 6 families come to store and get their orders placed and made AFTER I arrived for pick-up!! The staff just let the app orders pile up rather than putting them in queue so that they are addressed in order relative to people coming into store. The owner/manager of this store needs to have a word with their employees and let them know that’s NOT how it’s done! Despite raising to the cashier and senior persona on site it made no difference … all they could say was “we have a lot of people coming in”. Again … ZERO understanding of how to process mobile app orders!!!
