I wish there was an option for negative stars. They still seem to be stuck on COVID hours and just kinda come in at their own disposal not ever updating hours of operation or anything of value to their customers and then proceed to use last week’s oil for their fries and burn everything else they cook. I wish I could say this was only a single experience of mine, but I’ve tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt many times over the last few years and they’ve proven themselves worse every time.

I have never made a review about a place of business but this place is the absolute worst place I have ever been to. They are very rude, close down whenever they want and never get your food correctly. I have sat in their drive through for more than an hour with only one car ahead of me. Very disappointed in this place. Would definitely not recommend going to this location.

They closed early & didn’t want to give me my food at 1st even though it was already made, paid & sitting on the counter. I understand it was Easter & hours might be shorter but the hours for Easter were not indicated on the door & the online system was letting people order up until the regular hours. I had ordered & paid earlier in the day for a 5pm pickup. I go to get my food & everything was locked & no sign indicating they were closed & a food order was even sitting in sight by the register. I knocked on the door & tried the drive thru. Finally, I could see some people in the store, & was waving & knocking & they just kept waving me away saying they were closed. I kept knocking so someone would come to the door & I could find out if that was my order as I paid for it. Reluctantly someone came to the door & again said they were closed & I told her that I had an order that I already paid for. At first, she was just telling me they were closed then finally said oh this is your order here. It was just handled very poorly. There was even another guy that showed up who had paid but his order hadn’t been made & he was told he couldn’t have his food. Why wouldn’t the staff call people to let them know?

I asked the person on the drive-through speaker did they have a 10 piece meal special and it was very hard to hear him and he got nasty because I didn’t hear what he said over the intercom. I will never come to this location ever again.

Ordered on the app for pickup here and it was ready when promised, chicken was crisp, cooked correctly, juicy and tasty. One thing I’ll note is that it seems to be drive through only at this time. Also, when I pulled up, they said they had run out of chicken for the day. I told them I ordered online and they looked it up and let me know that I was okay and that they had already fulfilled my order. This was just past 7 on a Wednesday, so not sure if this is a common occurrence, but something worth mentioning.

we went through the drive thru and the guy who took our order was very unorganized and rushed us. we got our pepsi and it was warm and flat with no carbonation. Apparently the guy didn’t put the fries we ordered on my order. he didn’t even give us a receipt to see it.

I CANNOT believe this place is still open. Likewise, whoever regionally manages this store still does. Sat in the unlit drive thru with my kids around 9:40 pm for over 5 minutes. When a voice came on ( couldn’t understand what was said) I asked if they were open and he said “What do you think?”. I told him that I thought since it took a while and the signs weren’t lit one would assume they might be closed. He told me to get out of drive-thru. I pulled around just to see this person and it was THE MANAGER !!! One of those situation that is so unreal you can only laugh. Never go near that KFC again lol.

No nice way to leave this review. I always have to wait over 5 minutes to be greeted, always mess up my order over the speaker and horrible service better off going to a different kfc there’s one on highland rd not that far from this one. To whom ever the owner is PLEASE get new staff and management to save this business
