Drove 40 mi to come to this KFC. Place an online order to be ready in 45 minutes. Specifically wanting pot pies. Along with my two pot pies I also ordered 2 KFC original bowls and a kfc macaroni bowl.. got there within the 45 minutes. Mind you it 2 hours from closing… One car was sitting at the speaker for a half hour from the time I got there.. before they took his order. Couldn’t go inside cuz the doors are locked.. When I get to the speaker and give them my name.. they said that they were out of Pot pies and was going to substitute something else.. told him no. I ordered in enough time to make sure that I got pot pies that’s what I specifically came all that way for. Tried to give me some kind of excuse first come first serve… I think an order that was placed 45 minutes before would have been considered first… Wasn’t leaving till I got them.. they were not happy but they put some down for me and parked me. They give me my order. I decided I better to check the bag before we leave. I had my pot pies I had two KFC original bowls.. and a bowl of plain mashed potatoes. And a cup of gravy. Had to go around to the drive-thru again because the doors were still locked. Had to wait again while there was another guy at the speaker. I hear him ordering something with macaroni and cheese. So I get to the speaker. Told him they gave me a bowl of mashed potatoes and no mac n cheese bowl. told me they were out of mac n cheese. As you can imagine I’m not happy. End up getting a KFC original bowl. Spent an hour and a half there trying to get my food that I had ordered on the app. I didn’t want to waste any more time… I worked fast food for almost 10 years as a manager. I don’t know how they stay in business. They need new management. And they seriously need to retrain all their employees.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. We gave this KFC another chance and were disappointed. The chicken nuggets had been left in the fryer for too long and we didn’t get our biscuits. I can no longer justify paying almost $40 for subpar food.

I use to love KFC food! We ordered it for game day yesterday and sides! They claimed all they had was the extra crispy left! There was nothing crispy about it! The sides of corn was brown and burnt! How do you burn Corn when you’re boiling it! Tye only thing good was the Coleslaw! I’ll never eat from there again

If I could give zero stars for this location I would. My husband walked in and there were four individuals working behind the counter and not one acknowledged him. He stood there while they filled online orders and didn’t even look at him. Apparently the employees at this location only know how to fill online orders and have zero social skills when it comes to direct customers. We definitely live in a sad society when people have no work ethic or skills.

Evansville, Indiana has only one KFC, and it is great. If you haven’t visited one in a while give this place a try. It is all newly remodeled and under fantastic management. The staff including the manager all work very hard keeping the place very clean. They all seem to enjoy working here and it is demonstrated in their great customer service. By the way the food was great as you would expect. It is easy to find using Google Maps.

We felt like we were really done wrong at this KFC I talked to the manager about the discrepancy on our ticket and he told me that they have signs up saying that they have no biscuits they did make an adjustment on my ticket and when I talk to the manager here he hung up the phone on me

We ate at KFC on Green River Road at around 7pm on Friday night and the service was very good. My husband and I both ordered the 2 pc dark chicken dinner, and the cashier told us we could get a better deal by ordering with out a drink. We had water instead and we both ate for a little over $10, and the chicken was very fresh & crispy , not greasy at all and the Biscuits Were Delish! It was the Best experience we’ve had at a KFC in years! Hats off to Lillian & the crew that helped us regain our confidence in KFC! Please check them out and you’ll be pleasantly surprised! A+++
