I think its cool that this location hires people with special needs, however, they must be able to do the job properly. They can’t even ring the orders right, so the food isn’t right. And don’t bother trying to call, it goes to a dead end voicemail that isn’t set up. I was told a price, handed over money, then added the rest of my order after the first price was given and charged me more than I was originally told. Not that I wanted anything free but it should have been added to my order, when I ordered it.

I’ve called several times this morning. I would like a refund on my order. I specifically asked if the breakfast chicken was processed chicken like chicken nugget meat or is it chicken breast meat where you can see actual strip meat, and I was assured it was the latter. I do not eat nugget type meat at all, and this sandwich was disgusting. The young lady was very sweet, but this was horrible.

Only gave a star because I have to. I love how the manager Tay, refused to take my order because they are short staffed. Im very understanding of that and would have waited patiently except she decided to be rude and ignore me. I explained all she had to do was acknowledge the people inside and say we will be right with you. She didnt even want to give up her name. The other employees ignore me as well when I was saying excuse me, can I place an order. I was not being rude or anything. Learn customer service if you are going to lead a crew.

I went drive through. The staff was friendly and fast. The food quality was good. Only complaint was the accuracy of the order. I asked for a minor ingredient to be left off and that didn’t happen. That being said, I would definitely go back again.

Stopped and grabbed my 13 year old a chicken sandwhich for lunch. He was hungry so he ate in the car. Towards the end he asked, “is this supposed to look this way”? I’m like that’s straight raw and he said the entire sandwhich was that way and he didn’t know it was supposed to be Absolutely disgusting. His bacon cheddar fries were cold too. I just can’t get over this sandwhich

Speaking for the night crew .They move quick in my opinion. Some people may think they’re slow because the line is literally wrapped around the building because people are constantly coming in. I’d rather wait a little longer and have hot food then be waiting in line to get some cold food that’s inaccurate.
The food is always hot. For about 20 years through the remodeling and all that there’s never really just been a bad experience nothing that couldn’t be fixed right then the less than handful of times, that they had forgotten a burger or a fry they apologized immediately fixed it. They didn’t huff and puff like some places do. There are some young people that were there. I just got to see young people working Everybody’s respectful the drive-through the cashier even the people that are cooking if you walk in they acknowledge you. Everybody’s different but it’s clear that they’re hard-working employees and it’s a good place to eat.

When you pay for a combo only to find out the fountain drink machine is out! Or not working! Why didn’t the Cashier mention that when she took the order! The Combo
Cost $11 and cant even get something to drink! Besides the HB waz cold!

Service here is always fairly slow. Has been for years. Employees are nice though. Food is usually fresh and hot.

This is the worst I wish I could give it no stars POOR SERVICE!! They take forever the employees and managers have the worst service and attitude there is they are very rude ! Very disrespectful, the managers put let the kids (the employees) run them and do whatever they say after getting my order wrong 3 times the manager JIMMY stated for us to just not come back ever again because it’s not his fault his team got my order wrong just get my order wrong AGAIN they didn’t even dress my sandwich how I wanted it and it’s very cold
