I don’t know what’s going on with this Kentucky Parker on the national west side but the chicken was horrible. More flowery uncooked seasoning on it burnt. I get this for my little boy that’s autistic and he loves it. But today it’s almost like he wouldn’t even eat it. It’s the first time I had it like this. Usually it’s on the east side that it looks like it’s. But the east side has been better than the national west side. So I don’t know what’s going on. But today I give you poor food remark

Well, they’ve done it again. They had big signs in the windows advertising a special and then the special was not available. Last time, they advertised a price on the window and charged fifty cents more. This time, they advertised free cinnamon biscuits with a large meal. Also,. when we ordered a mixed bucket they gave us all dark meat except one wing. They did make it right, but it cost me a trip into town and forty minutes of my time.

We order from Taco Bell and I had to tell the kid 3 times what I wanted. Then I got it it was water down hardly any red sauce. The one on Park Road in Connersville is way better. Won’t be going back.

Went here. Order the Chicken Sandwich and some nuggets. Amazing today. Order the Chicken Sandwich trash. Hit and mit’s almost not worth going to any fast food place in Richmond. Either the food sucks or the customer service is crap.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I went to get food to feed my family of 5 and brought it home and passed it out. We got the 12 piece classic and all the legs provided had no meat on them, there were no thighs in the box the wings were all bone and breading. It was terrible. And to top it off the biscuits were like hockey pucks. The chicken was really hard and dry like itd been sitting in the warmer for far too long. We live in centerville so we called and complained and the person on the other side of the phone was very rude and told me that the chicken had just come up and he doesn’t know about it being dry. He told us we could bring it back and get a refund but that was all they could do. I spent $40 on a meal that none of my family could really eat and driving back into town at 10pm is just not an option. I know the taco bell side is not so bad at all, but there is seldom kind service going there. But I definitely would not recommend the KFC there to my worst enemy. I hope this review finds the right person because I’ve never had poorer service or food ANYWHERE!

Chicken wasn’t done! Update they are improving a lot quicker than I thought was possible. The Eastside location is still in need of better management. Some staff members were really rude. All I did was mentioned quietly to the person in charge what the problem was, so I can show a little respect for the manager. I went several more times that’s when some staff members were being rude not all members but a few. The west side was a complete opposite of the east side location. The west side location was clean nice, respectful staff. The manger shows respect as the situation warrants a different outcome. But that’s to be expected. I really enjoy going to this place.

30 minutes for an order!! Kids working with no supervision! Revisit 4/15 same issues as prior! Got a mash up bowl, hardly any gravy, and tried to get a cup of gravy for it and was told it would cost 3.79 for a side of gravy! Ridiculous— guess I’ll go to Lee’s as the gravy is free as a sauce!

Very poor service will never go there again. Done an online order where they canceled it with NO NOTIFICATION OR EXPLANATION AND WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE ABOUT IT AND TOLD ME TO CALL THERE 800 NUMBER TO GET A REFUND
