Went to the drive thru where the girl tried to hand me a soda that was actively leaking in her hand, I said it’s that leaking? She said yeah, I don’t know why, and proceeded to still try to hands it to me. I asked if I could have another because I didn’t want it all over my car. She got rude and closed the window, when she came back and did not speak one more word, shoved the food at me and closed the window again. I pay good money for food and I work in customer service. Even an apology would have been nice, I’m sorry that I put her out by expecting her to do her job. Just the basic expectation is all I need.

The lady that was running the drive through window was extremely rude. When I asked for ranch for the chicken nuggets that I purchased she instantly rudely stated that I could have ranch if I wanted to pay for it (with the purchase of CHICKEN NUGGETS) little odd to me however I would have not cared to pay if she would not have been so rude about it

Food is good but service is a mess and hospitality is basically nonexistent. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes waiting for them to bring out the right order after receiving the wrong order and watching the car behind us also receive the wrong order.
