We ordered here like we would do any other day, what we always get, and they seem to FAIL to always read their screen and modifications being asked. I paid for a $20 order and BOTH boxes were made wrong, one taco not even included, and when I called and asked they said “Bring it back, then we can make it right.” I’m not driving another 15 mins to go back and make it right. When i went to the app and made a complaint the best they could do was a $5 off your next order.

Did not have our second Franks nacho fry in the bag, manager was rude telling us “It would be in the bottom of the bag.” like we didn’t already check the bag, multiple times, by multiple people. Also told us that our two drinks were the same (Pepsi) in which case was also false as one was definitely Diet.

FOR A TACO BELL… this was HANDS DOWN the nicest staff and cleanest restaurant (on BOTH sides of the counter) I’ve ever been to EVER across 10 states.
Mind you, it’s TACO BELL, so I won’t call it Mexican Food… It’s AMEREXICAN at best… But it was hot, fresh and served with the best customer service from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. We weren’t FORCED to use the automated ordering teller (like other locations do even though able bodied people are working behind the counter) and we were very impressed with witnessing their team cohesion and group support of one another. ABSOLUTELY worth it for fast food. Tough to find in that kind of environment! The Exit 15 Taco Bell in Huntington, WV will be our go-to… Otherwise it’s a crap shoot.

If you place a mobile order here be prepared to wait 25 plus minutes each time. The staff are less than helpful, and will continue to serve the drive through and counter and ignore you completely. They bump your order off which triggers the app to tell you your food is ready and then tell you that they have no order and try to explain away the problems that they’re causing. If we had any other options for lunch from a different Taco Bell we would definitely choose any other Taco Bell besides here.

Terrible experience ordered the Mexican pizza combo and they give us skimpy regular tacos when they are supposed to be taco supreme and the pizza is terrible paid for extra cheese and it looks like it has light cheese
