I have always had a good experience from this location as I grab lunch here occasionally. Today I ordered a tender meal with the new Mt. Dew Sweet Lightning Peaches & Cream. When I got back to work, the cup was a solid orange and it had some type of orange residue all over the inside of the cup and lid. It wasn’t very appetizing and needless to say it got thrown out. Not sure what was in that cup but it looked nasty.

Stopped by on my way home to get food for my girlfriend, daughter and I, ordered a chicken sandwich meal, kids nugget meal, and a famous bowl. Told me $21 at the speaker but when I got up to the window they said $16, said they rang it up wrong but fixed it. Had me wait for 20 mins in a parking spot. Was on the phone for work when they handed me the phone and didn’t look at the bag. Get all the way home and start pulling food out and realize they just completely took the famous bowl for my girlfriend off without saying anything.

Had a pick order. Went inside. An older couples leaving and the guy working helped them to their car and opened their doors and put the man’s walker in the back seat. Absolutely amazing young man wish I got is name. Need more people like him.

The customer service used to be really good. Now not so much. I was the first one in a restaurant around 2:30 p.m. I ordered from the kiosk because on the cash register it says cash only.i prefer To have someone take my order instead of a computer. Secondly a whole bunch of people ended up coming in within a few minutes and the workers acted like they didn’t want to take anybody’s order. And a manager walked out to smoke a cigarette and talk on the phone with a lobby full of waiting guests. Took way too long to get my order which was literally two meals. Nobody seem to know what they were doing and just looked lost and clueless. Finally the manager came back in and they started preparing meals and I finally got my food about 15 mins later .There’s also a table that is dirty and never been cleaned of the whole time I was there The place has just gone.downhill

I was excited to be able to stop to get kfc for dinner. I ordered, waited, and drove home smelling chicken.( yum) Service was pretty quick.
When I got home and opened the bucket to make plates, the chicken was way overcooked. Dry and chewy. And I ordered all dark meat. I’m hoping to speak to Mgr and ask if this is new normal.

Normal KFC fast-food experience. Folks are friendly and service is usually fast unless someone makes a big order. I’m updating this review and have added a star. They have recently refreshed their dining room and it really looks great. An update was sorely needed and it’s a great transformation.

Ordered a 3 piece all breast original. I get 2 crispy breast and thigh ,And the crust is missing from a few of them. I know now why they was laughing when I got my order. So I spent 15 dollars for food I ain’t eating. Lee’s is better, Popeyes is better!!! Won’t be back to this nasty place

Super fast at the drive thru and food was ok taste wise but the 1 peice of chicken that was in my 5 dollar fill up was all bone with 1 bite of meat which left me picking at it for some scraps but luckily i got a extra mashed potatoes and a chicken little which was the best part of our 20 dollar for 2 people not not get full meal,also the prices are higher then most places for the quality,and quantity is a joke but were in the corona age I guess everything is skimpy now.better luck next time.thx for the speedy service tho..super nice associate takin orders and busting the window which makes this a 3 star..good job u guys…
