This was the best find on my way through Lacey/Olympia. Fresh ingredients cooked to order. The Asada was sooo tender and flavourful, as was the Pollo. I also ordered the nachos (beef) – huge portion, fresh chips, great guacamole. Perfect.

The food is always delicious! One of the best taco trucks in Thurston County. Also the best Horchata around. The sweet lady who takes the orders is another reason I continue to support because she’s so kind and smiles and acknowledges you. Something you don’t find at other Taco Trucks.

Los Mariachis is a solid taco truck. It’s a bit hard to hear when with the intersection of College and Martin Road right behind you.
We ordered tacos, a burrito, and flautas. Our kids loved the flautas and three of the meats (carnitas, asada, and pastor) in the tacos were good.

If you have not been to the food truck Los Mariachis then I recommend you stop by. They are at the corner of Martin and collage in Olympia Washington. The service is amazing and the food is so good and made with fresh ingredients OMG you should really try this place
