I have never had such gross burnt dried out chicken as we received from this place. I would be embarrassed to send something like that out. Never happening again. Oh and it was supposed to be original and the girl said it was when I asked. It was NOT! IT WAS BURNT TO AN EXTRA CRIPSY

I’m from Kentucky so you know I love KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken…not everyone knows that…js) So we went all the way to Hillsboro, Ohio to pick up a van and there it was, the best Fried chicken in the world!!! Some of the best KFC I’ve ever had. Kinda disappointed they were out of chicken livers but it was late. Food was fresh, hot and yummy! Everyone was friendly service was great and the restaurant was clean 5 stars ✨️

Horrible every single time. Every once in a great while we try kfc again and it never fails to disappoint especially this location. We just waited over 30 minutes for our food to done and right on time it was canceled by the restaurant. This place is only consistent at being disappointing.

Honestly, id give Zero stars if possible! Horrible service and lazy employees! I’ve seriously never seen anything like it. Went to order friday evening during what should be dinner rush and they didnt even have the fryers on and said 35 to 45 mins. Went back an hr later and sat in the drive thru for 11 or 12 mins and they did not come on to take our order. Went inside and they were just standing, talking and ignoring customers and the drive thru. Absolutely pathetic. If I owned this business I would be infuriated. All three employees that I seen (unsure if more were in back) should be terminated!!! There were multiple upset customers that had been standing waiting and said they had been ignored for 10 or more minutes and not so much as greeted. 1 had ordered food through an app and had already paid so had no choice but to hope they would actually finally take care of them. We left after several mins of nothing so im unsure how much longer he waited. An absolute disgrace!!!

I don’t eat at the chain restaurants much anything, but I decided on KFC today. Went with a 3 piece meal , all white. Mashed potatoes and gravy plus cole slaw. My thoughts of a good KFC dinner were short lived , with my chicken being tough and kinda dry……at noon ! Also , it doesn’t have the flavor it has in years past. Neither does the gravy. The coleslaw was as expected so there’s one thing that was good. Altogether, a disappointing 12 dollar meal.
Gave 5 stars for the excellent lady at the counter.
Also , the men’s room was a filthy disaster.

Something needs to change every-time I come here I have to wait 10+ minutes on my food then when they finally bring it out it’s messed up. Need better management/employees or something. Spent half my lunch today just waiting to get my food. It’s Ridiculous.

I made an order for delivery but only got half of it. When I called, several times, there was no answer and no mailbox to leave a message. They didn’t deliver all the food, or answer when I called. Not very good business and I would think is theft
