Had a great experience. Food was delicious and good quality. Even with 1 server in the whole place we didn’t have too long of a wait- she was very nice! Enjoyed this spot a lot.

I got a few rolls and my boyfriend got their ramen. He was quite impressed with the quality and I enjoyed the sushi. It was pretty standard. Location is nice and outdoor seating was comfortable.

We had a party of 8 last Saturday and the staff at JeJu were wonderful! The food was not only beautiful but delicious as well. I am gluten free and they have a separate menu and were very knowledgeable about my options which I appreciated tremendously. It made for a really fun family celebration dinner. Thank you JeJu!

Awesome spot in downtown Ft. Collins. (I think). The inside feels open, and the patio is a good size. Now for the food. The sushi is awesome! The Yello Tail fish had a nice crunchy skin, and tender on the inside. One word for everything? Delicious! The service was great as well. Our server Brianna (server) and Adrian (busser) were absolute rock stars!! We’ll definitely be going back. It’s a drive from Denver, but i like driving, so it’s not a bid deal to me. If you’re feom Denver and happen to be in the area, treat yourself. If you local to Ft. Collins, go check it out!

One of our go-to spots for sushi in Fort Collins. I’ve tried just about every place around here for sushi and find my self returning here often.

Sushi JeJu has been my favorite for a long time. You have to try the Yami Yami roll. My kids love getting the Ramune soda to drink. They had some jazz music playing. My son said, “This is my jam,” and now I can’t get that song out of my head. My tummy is full and happy

The service was amazing!! Starting with the hostess to the server and other members the crew offering their services. The server Mandy went above and beyond. It was my son’s birthday, I purchased strawberries to add to the cake since there is never enough on the cake. She offered to wash them and cut them for us. In addition when she came out with the cake and the candles were already lit. She went above and beyond.

Terrible owner with an attitude problem. Mediocre sushi, at best. It has been months since me and my girlfriend ate at Sushi JeJu, and though our experience with it was mediocre, at best, I was going to leave well enough alone, until I inadvertently came across the owner on Facebook. He was selling a bottle of Siracha for a whopping $48. So, I told him that I could get two bottles of it for $30 on Amazon. That’s it. For that, he called me a Karen. And so, I’ve decided to rate his restaurant. Me and my girlfriend ended up waiting much longer than the typical sushi restaurant that we’ve eaten at, and they didn’t seem very busy. The sushi was mediocre. Nothing to write home about. Definitely not worth the money. I now go to Sushi Jooa in Loveland, which I feel is the best sushi in the area, and their lunch specials are amazing.
