We recently tried the 3-piece spicy chicken combo at KFC, and it was really satisfying! The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, with just the right level of spice. The seasoning was flavorful without being too overwhelming. The combo with the sides made it a great value for the price, and everything was fresh and hot when served.

I’ve eaten here many times. Always received good, friendly service. I like the tenders and usually get them with cole slaw or mashed potatoes. Never heard anyone complain about the rest of their chicken. Restaurant dining area is cleaner than most fast food eateries. I don’t use drive thru windows cause I dont enjoy surprises, take an extra minute and walk inside so you can see what your getting and from whom. Update, still doing a fine job at this KFC, and the spork is one of the greatest inventions!

Decided to drop by this KFC location to pick up one of the $5 mac and cheese bowls I’ve been seeing advertised on TV, after returning from the Willard area. Luckily I hit at a good time and nobody was inside or at the drive thru, so the service was incredibly fast. However the one thing I was disappointed about was when I was running my credit card, the cashier said $5.99. I said, I thought they are $5. She said, not at this location. Not really sure how KFC can run a national advertisement for a certain price, but charge you more at different locations. So, I decided to check the price in Marion, and sure enough it was the $5. Not a fan of this practice.

I can summon my visit to this KFC in two words absolutely incompetent they completely miss food from our order, charging us for it says they didn’t charge had to re-order and repay. The tables were dirty. The staff member who replaced our order was completely rude slamming our food on the table saying there’s that I truly wish I could give a zero star rating, but thanks to the system. I have to give at least one star. The macaroni and cheese was extremely dry and tasted like cardboard. The french fries were extremely over seasoned. The staff member who repainted our receipt didn’t know what he was doing at first No wonder this place has gone

Bucyrus closes lobby way to early. Some people don’t get out of work till late. Sometimes you want to eat at the restaurant to not have dishes. Closing at 7 is a big inconvenience.

I ordered and was told they’d make my food fresh. It was old and dried out. Then I called and allbi got was an I’m sorry. That doesn’t fly. I won’t be going back. Mash potatoes have been so watered down, they have no taste. But, the biscuit was good. No customer service anymore any where. A shame

One of the worst KFC locations. Chicken was dry and raw, biscuits were drier than a dish sponge and the fries were so salty it would make a horse choke. Never again!!
