We spent $40 to get dinner for everyone. We got home, and HALF of the dinner was missing. We called up, they said to come in. We get up there and they asked if we wanted them to ‘rering’ our order. Then after explaining we weren’t paying TWICE for something we never got, we pulled forward. Get our “replacement meals” and they were completely wrong. We called AGAIN, and were asked if we’d like to come back for a THIRD time. Absolutely not. We will be in tomorrow. Spent $40 for the wrong food, no sauces for any of our meals, and by the time any of us ate it was cold. This will be our last time having KFC.

I just got my mobile order. I got 2 2pc combos, both seemed like the chicken had been sitting for a while, my boyfriends fries were cold and not great, the only thing good was the mashed potatoes and gravy and drink.
