I ordered sauce less hot wings for the Superbowl and I was giving burnt wings look like they came out of the trash. I wanted a refund but at the time I was declined due to ordering on the app. So I just waited another 20 minutes for a fresh order and contacted corporate the next day. And I was issued a full refund. I will never eat at Ashland Rd KFC ever again. And I don’t think I will ever step foot in one again after using my remaining points to feed a homeless person. Thank you to corporate for being professional.

Didn’t have our order right. My girlfriend asked for ketchup packets and Braxdon was very rude, like its ketchup packets, really?. No coleslaw. Asked to make the coleslaw a large, must not be smart enough to ring it up, paid for a large and didnt get the small for my combo meal in the first place. So not personable. Will never go there agian. Very bad attitude kid, find somewhere else to work Braxdon. Oh and they dont close til 10 pm and are already cleaning for closing. Don’t care about the coleslaw, not the point. Night Manager Braxdon is very rude. Be better buddy. Stay blessed not stressed!

Terrble chicken! Ordered the 8 piece. Asked for half crispy, half original. Got all extra crispy. Got 3 old dry breasts that were not edible instead of 2 breasts 2 thighs. Must have had some old chicken that had to get rid of! Should have been tossed! Won’t be going back to them!

Waited 20 minutes for them just to take my order. Got home only to discover that for the 12 piece meal I had 9 pieces of chicken and only two sides of mashed potatoes with no gravy so they shorted us a side. Drove all the way back across town to talk to the manager who never once apologized for the mix up. He remade our order and again only gave us 2 sides so I asked for the third. Drove home only to find for my third mashed potatoes and gravy side was a famous bowl. The KFC in Ashland,Ohio is very poorly managed as kids were standing around doing nothing while the manager himself was putting orders together.

Just attempted to get a dinner for my family and placed an online order which included a bucket of wedges (see attached pictures) and cheese dip (cost: $9). The picture clearly shows a bucket of wedges and list a 16 ounce container of cheese dip.
When I picked it up, it was nothing of the sort. I got 6 wedges and maybe a 6 ounce container of cheese! The rude manager said they don’t do the large size. (???? But they still take online orders for it?). While talking to the manager 4 other employees came up to us and all had to voice their opinions and gang up on me like visiting day at a rehab facility. When I inquired about a refund, I was told I had to do it through the app since I was stupid enough to order using the app.
This place used to be decent, but I guess staffing is having hard times and it sure shows here.
An hour later, and several discussions with people who are not in the U.S. judging by their English as a second (or third) language accents, I finally was told I would be refunded the difference between a large nd small order (4.99). Oh, and that I would also receive 250 loyalty points as if I would ever be back to use them.
I wont be making the mistake of eating here again. You shouldnt either.

The food was fine but then I started to notice how filthy the place is. This is quite a shock to me since it was just renovated! The floors were nasty and there was spilled food all over the place. People handling money and the. Straight to food. It grossed me out.
