If I could give negative stars I would. The lady at the window doesn’t wear a mask, and tells everyone to park in spots away from the window so they can taketheir sweet time preparing your food. She told me they have no chicken tenders, so i order the new chicken sandwich combo. They never gave me my side and the fountain drink tasted off. Oh! And the best part! My sandwich was served on a mini bun! Never again.

Make sure you order ALL of your food at the ordering menu. I was just there at 8:09pm this evening.. Nobody was in the line or in the lobby.. I had to drive back around to place another order because i had forgotten something.. and they wouldn’t let me add 1 extra item at the window.. this place has Terrible customer service & is ghetto!! Won’t be back.

I dont know what happened to the womderful staff u had before but the new ones are rude, obnoxious and pretty much illiterate. First they would not take drive through orders, you wete told if you wanted to order to come inside. Then when you get it there it takes forever for someone to come to the register. Upon making my order she put my sides in for me until I asked would she like me to tell her my sides. She had a whole attitude. I asked for extra crispy. I proceeded to check my order b4 leaving and it was original. I told her I asked for extra crispy and she wanted to argue and say I asked for original, I NEVER get original. She did not give me my receipt. They had almost no customers for them to be taking the time they did and the attitudes they had. Terrible customer service I will start to only use E Broad St they are fast and kind.

Ordered a 3 piece at 8…the chicken tasted like it sat for hours…tried to call the restaurant to no avail…so emailed corporate…2 weeks later someone called and said the order would be replaced…went to the same location to get it replaced and was harshly questioned about what was wrong…2 employees came from the kitchen to the front and stood there as I said it tasted like it was setting for hours…when my order was brought to the counter they insisted that I check everything and make sure it’s to my satisfaction and not in a friendly way..I WILL NEVER GO TO KFC AGAIN…

Just like the other lady if I could give negative stars I Would. Apparently the speaker for the drive-through was broken but nobody could bother putting a sign on it. the car in front of me waited 10 minutes at the speaker and then just drove up to the window I waited 5 minutes at the speaker and then drove up. Sat there waiting for another 25 minutes while the woman ahead of me was trying to get her order and then they start passing their cell phones back-and-forth to each other I sat there waiting for half an hour and finally the girl behind me backed up and pulled out . That’s what I did I will never go there again . Next time you’re there look at their drive-through window, if it is that dirty can you imagine what the kitchen looks like!

Did online ordering. Got the just about when order was to be ready and No one had even started on my large order. Drive thru took their priority. Manager was bad mouthing about drive thru people while I stood there at the counter waiting for my order. After a 40 minute wait, they finally got my order ready. 40 MINUTES WAITING AT THE COUNTER FIR AN ORDER THAT SUPPOSED TO BE READY WHEN I GOT THERE!!! WHITEHALL OHIO KFC IS THE WORST. OH this is the 2nd tome this happened to me at this store.
