the food was fine, the service was TERRIBLE. First off all them employees seemed severely intoxicated. I had a mobile order and some items were forgotten which i understand happens so we went in and just told them we have missing items offered to show the food we did have and one worker from the back replied “well im not going back and making anything for them” when we just wanted the items we paid for and there was no further contact until they gave us a bag with 1 large potato 1 small potato and 1 small fry when all we were missing was 2 potato wedges

This was one of the worst pickup experiences I’ve ever had. I went to this restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order and was forced to wait more than 20 minutes. The employee first told me it would take “5 minutes” for the fries, which was clearly a lie. After waiting 20 minutes, they then said “another 10 minutes.” Complete dishonesty.

The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. What makes this even more unacceptable is that three customers who arrived after me were served before me and left, while I was completely ignored.

You need to understand that DoorDash drivers are not second-class customers. We represent paying customers who already spent their money. Ignoring DoorDash orders is unacceptable.

This restaurant has terrible service, zero respect for customers, and horrible management. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

On 01/18/26 around 2:50p to 3:00p I enter the store ask for the 16 piece meal the gentleman who try to serve me was a tall black man bald headed with facial hair he looked at me and yelled the price of 48 something while he was mean mugging me, I look back at him and say why did you say the price like that, the black male worker stated that ( because y’all be coming up in here acting like y’all don’t know the prices) , I told this worker do not come at me like that, I know the prices he kept on giving me lipp I told him I’m 49 years old I’ve been coming here a lot he stated ( well I don’t know that and I don’t care he said what do I want) I told him have a nice day and walked out I will be seeking more help as far as calling corporate on this gentleman and this location, I don’t know what his problem was he was mad about something, rude and upset.

I went back to talk to someone about this gentleman on 01/24/26, from what I’m understanding that this is a franchise business he is the supervisor and that he can delete people’s comments if he feels that it will jeopardize his position there, his description is a tall black male slightly bald headed still with stubbles of hair and facial hair.

Maxx’s Mama Loves Shoppin (You Shop Too Much!)
Went early on a Sunday January 11, 2026 and ordered potato wedges. They dark brown and hard. One might say they had been sitting for a while but it was pretty early for the potatoes to be in this shape. They were extremely salty. I’m talking inedible salty. It’s getting pretty hard to find a decent KFC. Maybe it was an off day but not the first time this location has been a disappointment. Still, I wish them success. On a positive note. The quiet young lady at the window was a delight!

I placed an app order today to pick up. I’m gonna give yall all the stars because there was only 2 guys working during what appeared to be dinner rush. They were nice and my order was hot. There were several cars in front of me ordering at the window but I didn’t wait long at all. The only thing missing was my sauces.

Place seem to no get right. I order online and the last 2 time I go pick it up I’m still waiting 10-15 minutes after I already gave them an extra 15 minutes. This time I just left and I will come back in a hour and we will see if they have the food ready. They gave other peoples order but cannot get mine and also getting ignored by the employee while waiting.Will be getting with management about this ongoing issue.

I stopped in today and got the 8/10 pc bucket as I do at the same store Tuesday and Thursday. Today my chicken was just like the traffic “a hot mess” ( theirs is usually the best). The bucket is supposed to be 8 pcs consisting of four legs and four thighs. Today I got four wings the size of a nugget, one leg a little longer than my index finger and three breast. All had been sitting in the heat for awhile. I got home and sat down at my table , removed the lid and thought ” what the heck is this” I tried calling them but nobody answered. Oh I’m so disappointed..maybe if it were fresher, I wouldn’t complain so much. I was looking forward to some good old hot thighs.

Owed a iced tea drink & 1 3pc chicken box, I got charged $36.00 for 1 order, this got charged off my debit card, and door dash
Driver Carlos or anybody at KFC didn’t check
My order, door dash driver Carlos don’t speak
Any English and just didn’t care about my order or the people at this location.

The food is cold not to correct temperature and the service really really wasn’t that great I questioned the price of everything that I was paying for as I didn’t ask for a certain combo and I was charged for a combo even though I said I was only getting the the famous bowl or the mac and cheese Bowl and when I got my spicy wings they were cold and look like they are burnt when I questioned my receipt and the price the person that brought the food to me had an attitude and and roll their eyes and huffed when I asked for my money so I questioned it again and ask for my money back for the difference and the man it seemed like a manager that I was talking to but I wasn’t for sure but the service there is not the greatest
