Food sucks. Order $50 in food. Got home and threw it in the trash. Would not even eat it. they should try changing their grease from time to time. Do not recommend any food from there. And this wasn’t the first time. Tired of wasting my money there.

Was given burnt chicken. Ask for replacement and it was just as bad if not worse. Then was told I could wait 30 minutes for fresh chicken if I wanted to. Ask for a refund and all the employees went to the back to hide so they wouldn’t have to deal with it.

Not sure why exactly but there’s always a good 10-15 minute wait for my food when I go through the drive thru. Even when it’s not busy. The long johns chicken/fish is usually a decent but the KFC chicken is always too greasy.

I’d like the preface this by saying I am not one to take the time out of my day to leave a negative review but oh my god. I Ordered through the drive thru. The guy taking the order was incredibly cold and short. I ordered 2 chicken littles with extra pickle no mayo, a large fry, & a Pepsi. My friend ordered a chicken pot pie combo.. I received 1 chicken little WITH mayo and no pickles and 1 with extra mayo and extra pickles. We didn’t get straws or napkins. Her combo didn’t come with a cookie. And my large fry was a small fry in the big container. I am on a time restraint so I wasn’t able to go back in person. So I tried to call and it just felt like there wasn’t a real way to get ahold of them. I’m only leaving the 1 star bc her pot pie was warm. Just do better.

Slow unhappy people. Restaurant smells nasty and looks dirty. Counted 5 people behind the counter and no one smiling or willing to help each other. Attempted originally to go through the srive through and I was told at the speaker I had to ho inside with no explanation why. The video I took says it all.

Stopped by on our way back to Louisville l, KY and I believe Colonel Sanders would be ashamed! The food was old and greasy and the girl at the counter was rude! The men’s restroom was disgusting. Avoid this place by all means!!!!
