Worst taco bell I’ve ever had. Bought 2 tacos for 10 bucks, was highly overcooked and chicken was hard. Smelled something burning and hoped it wasn’t my food, but it was. Ordered chicken cantina tacos. More like a flat quesedilla with hard chicken and cheese. Only part that was good was the cheese curds. Hope I dont get sick off of the taco. Terrible

Update: I tried it again, and I got the bacon ranch street tacos. Not bad I guess. I wonder if it is a staff problem or something. Still had to wait 15-20 minutes for a couple tacos. Raising one star until I’m sure my experience won’t happen again anytime soon.

The only reason this is getting a one is because I can’t give it a zero. I pulled up to the Drive-through speaker. The guy asked me to hold please, Next thing I heard was “OK, there we go” So I said, are you ready? Literally nothing for 15 minutes. I probably said “hello?” 20 times. I’m watching cars pull up and pull off From behind me, then, all of a sudden, the speaker kicks back on, and the workers are laughing! Then proceeds to tell me that one of the men that were behind me, that decided to leave, had reached out to them and asked them if they were open, because a woman has been yelling at the speaker with no reply. They proceeded to not give me any apologies. Like it was my fault they left me sitting there. “I mean we all got headsets on,” then I said, it wasn’t the usual, woman’s obnoxious voice. It was a man. And he told me to hold on, and then said “there we go” So, this background voice you hear say “that was me“ again, no apology was said, not even a half of one. I asked for my receipt because I specifically wanted to complain about this experience where it mattered. And he told me he gave it to me, and there was no way for me to get a copy of it. Oh! That was after he had me pull up and sit at the window for an ADDITIONAL 10 minutes. The entire experience was 45 minutes long. I work in customer service. And this is crazy. It’s not fair when you are the only Taco Bell within 30 minutes. Do better. Some of my order isn’t even in there. And none of my tacos have really any substance to them. Barely any meat. Skimpy gross cold and slow. Not to mention RUDE.

Update, I called to ask for a Manager. I recognize that. It’s the man that I doubt with in the window. So I asked for a number for a customer service or corporate that I could get a hold of, and he said they don’t have one. Interesting. What kind of establishment Doesn’t wanna know when they’re restaurant is beyond failing. I spent $25 and my kids were so disgusted they didn’t even eat it.

We stopped here to eat during our 4-hour drive from Tulsa to Kansas City, both stalls in the women’s bathroom were dirty and then as we were waiting to order, nobody acknowedged us or even let us know that it would be a few minutes or whatever the reason was that nobody came to take our order. As we continued to wait, the employee at the drive through kept looking at us and then at one point she was just standing there on her phone with her back th the drive thru window so almost facing directly at us. We ended up going elsewhere after waiting for about 10 minutes.

I love taco bell KFC, love food from both places! HATE that i have to come to this location, the man that’s usually at the drive through with long hair and glasses is always polite, but every other employee is extremely rude every time. they mess up my order EVERY single time without fail, and not small things, they forget items, or hand me the wrong order often. which honestly would be fine if they fixed it with no problem, but now i get HORRIBLE attitude when simply asking for what i paid for. i’m sick and tired of it and as someone who used to eat here at least once a week, well i’ll definitely be eating elsewhere.

$35 of chicken and strips to be delivered for $50+. and it was incomplete.
KFC laid blame on Doordash.

Its Not doordashs fault KFC gave the delivery driver a incomplete extremely unacceptable crappy quality meal to deliver.

When i called the local KFC to inform them they said i had to deal with Doordash for KFC inadequacy.
It was not their fault.
Sheesh….
Door dash gave a 25% discount= $5
I tipped more than that on the app.
KFC did nothing and laid their crappy incomplete food excuse on Doordash.

This totaly unacceptable of KFC.

We just wanted an eatable meal not a discount.

Its kind of difficult to share a meal if its not all there.
No biscuits, No utinsils or napkins.
Thanks KFC for your consistant customer disapproval.

Take heed if you think about ordering from this sad establishment.

We placed our order but they got it wrong so we asked to hear our order back. The manager on duty stepped in front of the drive thru person and interrupted rudely, talking to us as if we were stupid. We informed her we had extra stuff we didn’t order and without apologizing she essentially threw the money through our window.

When we got our order it was still wrong but we didn’t even go back through because of her attitude and the way she’d spoken to us. She should be embarrassed to speak to others the way she did. The actual drive thru person was so nice but we won’t be back.

This place is god awful. Save your time and money. If you hate your job, get a new one. Slow, rude, and the food wasn’t right, and had no beef! Lettuce, cheese, and more lettuce. My goodness. Yall charge too much for all that. Got hung up on when I called just to ask them how this happened. I said I didn’t even want my money back or a free meal I just want them to at least care enough to put the beef on a beef taco. Y’all good and terrible.
