Came to try the new Franken-Candy Sundae but left disappointed because the workers didn’t seem to want to make it correctly. They used regular fudge instead of the purple Franken Candy Fudge.
I also forgot to add an item to my order & the worker said I needed to go all the way around to the drive through window just to add one more thing.
Don’t recommend this place at all.
Really? My order was placed and confirmed before the cutoff time, and yet when I arrived, they hadn’t even started it, and just told me too bad. What’s the point of offering online ordering if the store can’t honor it? This was a complete waste of my time, and honestly, it’s frustrating when a business can’t follow through on its own commitments.
I expected better from Burger King. If you’re going to offer online orders for breakfast, make sure you’re prepared to fulfill them, otherwise, don’t take the orders at all.
Despite my calm and polite request for the correct order, the staff refused to complete the order and became increasingly hostile. I tried to explain my situation, but the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, which made the whole experience very unpleasant.
I have been a loyal customer in the past, but after this interaction, I feel completely disrespected. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope the management takes the time to review how their staff handles customer service.
Ordered my meal by number with soda. Pull up to window, pay, after a minute was told that sandwich was delayed and was asked to pull around to the front and wait for it.
Did so.
15 minutes (for real, I was watching the clock) from whenni paid for the meal they finally brought my food out. They apologized saying they gave my food to someone else, then forgot about me, then had to remake it.
Sandwich was cold and they threw in extra food that I didn’t order, which I didn’t eat for other reasons.
This is the fourth time in 2 months I been asked to pull around and wait when the store wasn’t busy. After this little fiasco, I’m done coming here. I keep a list of fast food locations to avoid, it isn’t a short list either, and this store is going on it. I don’t ask for much; i order from the menu by number, rarely make changes to the food I ordered, and have my payment ready when I get to the window. All I expect is the food I ordered for the price I was given in something of a speedy fashion (it is “fast food” afterall).
This store has failed in that simple expectation too often now. No more. I’ll find somewhere else for food when im travelling and must eat. Maybe the McDonalds in Red Wing. They aren’t on my no-buy list yet.
