I am always very hesitant on going to Long John silver’s because it seems like all of them are run down and always have ghetto non-caring people working them. I was very surprised and happy that I found a Long John silver’s that I have loved to eat for the past 30 years. I was welcomed when I first came in. I was even asked by the manager if there was anything that they could get me and or do for me. That made me feel really special that there are still people out there who truly care and appreciate their jobs. I most definitely rang that bell when I left after enjoying my amazing meal. I now have a home place for when I want to go have Long John silver’s.

If you are in this area do not go to this KFC restaurant. The manager will attack you if you have to complain about something. We were coming back from our vacation, order through window 3 meals in separated order. An honest mistake was made by the associate and i got charged twice for a meal. Receipts were not given to us either. I went inside with a smile pointing out the mistake. The associate was friendly and understood the error but the manager (I believe she was) came out with a very aggressive attitude not listening what we had to say and screaming at us: what is your problem, did you got your food? So there is not problem…this was the first phrase she said to us. Did not wanted to listen, she asked for proof. But we never got our receipts so all i had was the food boxes to show her and my bank charge, i thought was enough to prove the error because the food boxes were 3 and i got charged for 4 meals. Anyway she treated me and my friend with not respect like we were the scums of the Earth being very aggressive and rude . She also refused to give us the duplicate receipt, but i was fast to grab mine and she never gave one to my friend saying she never was charged but it was charged on her statment. Incredible, she was playing a fraudelence and she also told her associate who tried to speak in our favour to shut up and not to get involved but she was the person who took our order and ran our cards so she tried to say that on the duplicate receipt was a double charge but she never let her speak. This woman should not be working with public, me and my friend left in fear that she may take out a gun as rude and aggressive she was with us. I never experienced anything like this, it was awful and ruined all our day. Plus i never got my refund. So if you are around that area think twice before you stop at the KFC unless the company takes care of this huge problem and she will not be around to be seen anymore.

The food was really good. The place was packed, though… It took about 20 minutes just to get through the drive thru, then all the condiments I asked for 3 times never came out with my order. Now, when u are traveling, that is a very important part of the service, I think anyway. I had to go in 2 different times after we FINALLY received our food , once for napkins, the other for condiments… the staff inside seemed to just not care either way, what or if I was even standing there asking for items I needed. But the food was good.

This KFC is by far the WORST! I have been here multiple times at dinner time & the workers are just so rude. I am calling corporate tomorrow to get the point across of how rude & awful this location is. They didn’t want to make chicken at 8pm & close at 11pm. I have never had these issues at any other KFC in Columbus. Whoever their regional managers are , needs to observe this location at night .

The guy at the counter was friendly and patient when taking our order. The restaurant itself was disgusting! There was no ice at the fountain drink area, there was food all over the floor and tables. When we got there, there was a manager napping in a booth (which in my opinion, they could’ve been washing tables and sweeping the floor) The restrooms were just as bad as the eating area. I’ll skip this stop next time or head to Arby’s, maybe their restaurant is cleaner!

Drive thru failed to ring up half my order. Didn’t give me a receipt after payment. When we got half our order the woman at the window seemed very annoyed. I requested a receipt and confirmed they never rung it up. I asked for the other half of my order, and she refused to correct it unless I went through the line again. There was only one car behind me and the place was dead. I just left and went to Arby’s.

Ordered 12 honey bbq wings. Staff was so lazy so many people inside but all was standing around. Asked for a medium drink they said they only had large and didn’t want to get medium cups. My wings weren’t fully cooked didn’t go back. Everyone who work there are managers spoke with too who yelled at me and hung up in my face she said their name was Ashley and Dakota

Stopped in on 1-8-23 for lunch right before 2pm. Stood up at the counter for nearly 10 minutes and got no attention from any of the employees there. Lady running the drive thru made it a point not to even look in our direction. There was nobody inside and 3 people in the drive thru so it’s not like they were busy. We ended up eating Penn Station.
