A snow storm hit late last night, we came into town and KFC was LITERALLY THE ONLY PLACE OPEN! I couldn’t even get into their driveway bc no plow had even touched it yet!! I got inside & there was only 2 people working! WHY open if your parking lot wasn’t plowed & only 2 people could be there?!?! The person that decided those 2 KIDS should be there in during a storm like THIS, should have been right there beside them! These 2 kids both talked to me & were SO UNBELIEVABLY KIND! They didn’t seem angry or upset, they were just so friendly & concerned about me & my safety! I wish I knew their names! They did such a great job! Thank you guys! I pray they get home safe! And whoever decided to open on a day like this, with only 2 young kids to work…..SHAME ON YOU! Be thankful you have 2 loyal employees that looked out for you!

Fish was good but did not get tarter suace for my fish the badder was no good these people do not know how to cook. The fish is so greese takes 6 napkins to get the grees out of them so you can eat them. NO HUSHPUPPIES MEANS NO NO NO NO HUSHPUPPIES WHAT PART OF NO NO DONT PEOPLE UNDERSTAND.

Stopped inside on my way through Marysville. The place was empty and super clean. A nice older gentlemen took my order. He was very friendly. Got a 3 piece combo meal and it was everything I hoped it’d be. It was a nice stop as I sat down and enjoyed my meal. Honestly still amazed how long John silvers stays in business, but KFC is always solid.

I asked if they had the deal going for the chicken sandwich and the lady said yes, I then ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. When i got to the window I waited for 15 minutes for my food even though there was no one in front or behind me. They gave me my food and then shut to door, I had to wait another 3-5 minutes for them to come and ask what i needed, I then reminded them I ordered a large pepsi and they got it for me. Once I got home and opened the sandwich bags they weren’t chicken they were fish. The bags are the same so when I checked it quickly when i got it there was nothing amiss. This isn’t the first time they have ruined my order while I was one of 2 customers.

Mis-counted my 8 pc chicken meal which was $31.00 . Was disappointed to find that the chicken was cold, x extra greasy, and then to find not getting what I had paid for. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes in line if my food is hot and the quality is good. I know it’s fast food.. but come on! Quality! And remember the customer is your paycheck!

I have been eating here recently be ause I love the chicken nuggets. They are amazing. The drive thru staff has always been friendly and they go above and beyond with customer service at a fast food restaurant. Best drive thru in marysville.

I had to stop by to grab a quick bite for my daughter. I ordered sandwich and fries one of the sandwich was good by the other one I suppose they were in a hurry so they dint have the sause on the chicken. But over all it was OK. These are something things that need to change in this location. Listening to the customer when they order. There is no problem is asking the customer to repeat what they wanted. Just my thought.

Horrible experience. Not greeted when paying no receipt. I asked for honey, got 2 for 4 buscuits. Fish was burnt and greasy. I had to ask for a fork and napkins. I had 4 bites of mac n cheese. I had no straw for my drink. It will be a very long time if ever I eat here again. Buscuits were as hard as bricks. I had to throw them away
