The chicken and the fries were very good. The service was VERY slow. We ordered 2 of the 3 piece chicken tender meals. One order was with coleslaw and the other with fries. The meals were warm, however, we didn’t get the coleslaw, that meal came with fries instead. There were no rolls, but it did come with hush puppies. We weren’t told anything about the substitution s. We didn’t find out about the incorrect order until we got back to the hotel. We were so tired from our day and we both were okay with hush puppies and fries, so we didn’t go back to have the order fixed. We are from out of town, tired from a long day and didn’t check reviews before stopping there! Had we done that, we might not have stopped because it looks like this is the norm for this place.

Absolutely ridiculous! My dad ordered online & the staff told him there would be a wait because there were 10 orders in front of his. Okay, fine. He asks when it will be ready then, if it will be a few minutes or what? Keep in mind there are only 2 cars in the parking lot. & the cook SNAPS at him, “When it’s ready.” How ridiculous to treat your customers like this! We canceled our order, contacted corporate & will never be coming here again. Hope your location closes if this is how you treat your customers.

Horrible experience. Not greeted when paying no receipt. I asked for honey, got 2 for 4 buscuits. Fish was burnt and greasy. I had to ask for a fork and napkins. I had 4 bites of mac n cheese. I had no straw for my drink. It will be a very long time if ever I eat here again. Buscuits were as hard as bricks. I had to throw them away

Went through the drive thru and ordered a three piece box meal. So I expected 3 pieces of chicken, a biscuit, drink, and Mashed potatoes. Go home. No potatoes. Great service.

Drive through real slow. We order a3 piece regular and a 3 piece xra crispy, both side were the same for both meals potatoes/gravy , Coleslaw,. We got 2 piece meals, only one set of sides. I returned to KFC, to let them get it right. I didn’t think to check the meals. I got home still only one set of sides, the regular was only a 2 piece. This is not the first time they have shorted my order. They must save a lot on envatory. Shorting a bunch of orders. This is the first time ,I ever seen a sign in a KFC “No refunds, we will make it right.” They failed on that Promise.

I begin to wonder if any fast food establishment in Marysville Ohio can accurately fill a carry out order. We are only 12 miles out but by time you get home and someone’s meal is missing you don’t want to return to get the rest of your order. Fed up! Not hungry anymore

I had to stop by to grab a quick bite for my daughter. I ordered sandwich and fries one of the sandwich was good by the other one I suppose they were in a hurry so they dint have the sause on the chicken. But over all it was OK. These are something things that need to change in this location. Listening to the customer when they order. There is no problem is asking the customer to repeat what they wanted. Just my thought.

They say open till 10pm, DO NOT GO AFTER 9pm. The last 2 times, both in the drive through, I’ve had to pull up and wait for my food because they are ready to leave early. The last time we went around 9pm, we had to wait over 10min our food was rushed and the chicken was dry. Tonight we waited over 20 min.. They forgot we were waiting, I had to knock on the door, someone acknowledged while leaning on the counter playing w/ their phone & then ignored me, then I had to pound on the door.. Same person acknowledged me still doing nothing and ignored me, FINALLY, the person who took our order realized we haven’t been served due to me standing outside at the door and hurried up to make our order. Then she sent the person that kept ignoring me to bring it… I asked for a manager and was told they don’t understand what I said because they don’t speak English.. So I explained that I needed to speak to someone in management and he understood after a moment.. When I saw him talk to the other staff about my issue they all are laughing and smiling like it’s funny they forgot about our order and I’m unhappy with how I was served and treated. Then I get an immature smart elicited ” Manager” trying to be rude when I explained why I’m upset.. They don’t care about the customer or their service or quality of food… SUCKS IT THE ONLY FAST FOOD FRIED CHICKEN PLACE IN MARYSVILLE..
