Got the 12 piece tender meal tonight as a treat and when we got home I was completely blown away when I opened up the chicken bucket, and not for a good reason. The tenders were so thin and small 12 barely took up 1/3 of the bucket. They were all hard and dry, also they were so thin there was barely anything but breading in some areas. I don’t know if this is the new standard since they were out of tenders for a bit but we were so disappointed and my kiddo couldn’t even eat them because they were too tough for her to bite into. Normally a 12 piece bucket leaves at least half left for her to eat the next day but since non of this chicken is edible I have to try and find something else for her to eat before bed. The potatoes and biscuits were good but it’s sad that someone would actually serve this to a customer.

Old short woman was very rude. Asked for a bbq for my mac and she made faces at me, questioned me, and let it be known how weird she thought it was. I thought BBQ mac was a thing everywhere, but maybe not in Columbus so it’s partly on me, but there was no need for her to make a scene like that. It took much longer for her act the way she did than it would’ve taken to just hand me a bbq cup.

Had a terrible experience here with an order screwed up by an employee. I ordered 2, 2 piece dinners both with corn and cole slaw. She repeated back to me what I thought I ordered. When I got my order I checked it and I had 2 corn and 2 cole slaw but only 1 box w/ 2 pieces of chicken. I said I ordered 2, 2 piece dinners w/ cole slaw and corn. She said, after paying $16.17, that will be $8.79. I said that doesn’t sound right but paid the amount requested. I left the drive thru because I didn’t want to hold up the line. I parked off to the side, checked the bag and found I had 4 corn, 2 Cole slaw and 4 chicken. I went back thru the drive through, told them of their mistake which she insisted was my mistake and wouldn’t refund my extra money. I paid $24.96 for what should’ve been $17.58. she referred me to a note on the window: No Refunds BE SURE you check your order before you pay. The woman who did this was definitely in the wrong job. She was so NASTY. I won’t go to this location ever again. One of the orders of chicken was burnt to a crisp too!

So its my B-Day My husband knew I wanted LJS and with a KFC for him perfect spot Polaris Rd Lewis center OH. Well NO My L1 no hushpuppies Fish over fried and coleslaw was bad I could smell it when I opened it that they had left it out to long. Now his L2 Chicken was good but the fries were very old and he only got 11 little fries and the 2 hushpuppies looked just like the crisp we get in the box all the bread fried away now the side shrimp was ok so needless to say my B-Day was great but my B-Day dinner was awful and I should not have had to cook on my day but I did.
