Service was fast and friendly. Food was good. Lobby was clean and adequate. The only complaint was the store was out of ketchup. And, they had been out for two or three days. It may be minor to some, but I can’t hardly eat fries without it. If I had known this, I would have gotten a different side. Couldn’t the owner/manager went next door and bought some from Walmart until their shipment arrived?

I can’t speak on the quality of the food because i ended up leaving without any food. We went at 7:30 and the staff was very eager to tell us they were out of most everything. Clearly they didn’t want to cook, or work. Seems to be a theme based off other reviews. Since we weren’t able to order full meals, I settled a side of Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes to feed a 2 yr old, he told me $12.98. I asked if that was for 2 kids sides, he said yes and I said absolutely not and left. If the owner doesn’t get involved, KFC isn’t going to make it in Columbia.

Arrived just after 7, went to the bathroom to wash my hands, no paper towels, told the cashier and he laughed and said they were out of almost everything. Tried to order chicken and was told it would take 30 minutes or, cashier acted as if it were a joke. Ordered some macaroni and cheese and mash potatoes for the grand child and was told it would be $13. Worst experience I’ve ever had a a fast food restaurant.

Went a couple of weeks ago ordered an 8 piece, dark meat meal. They took my money then was told 20 minute wait. I was furious. who doesn’t have 8 pieces of dark meat at 5:30, RUSH HOUR. Went yesterday ordered the same thing, was also told there was a 20 minute wait. Was so mad I left and went elsewhere. Never again will I go back

I went inside at 8:20 to order a 8 piece dinner. Stood for 20 minutes until someone came to the front to ask me what I wanted and then laughed and said ‘If we got any” went to the back to check then came back to the front to tell me they only had 2 breast and some wings, when they don’t close until 10??? Wasted my time standing there for 20 minutes for nothing. Don’t go after 8 at night.

Amazing friendly staff. I’ve been there a few times and the first time wasn’t able to get the 12 piece leg bucket I wanted. I guess they only make so much chicken but was told if I want a special order to call it in. I told them to have it ready by 6pm and Finally!! I was able to get those delicious pieces I wanted without being disappointed. I Love the food. Wish they would make more than 4 pot pies at a time cause me a my family love them.

Had to wait to order food. After ordering and sitting to wait for food was told they were out of biscuits (how do you run out of biscuits?). Offered to switch to a side or cookie or wait. Chicken tenders were excellent. Potatoes and slaw normal. Fries did not taste fresh. Chicken sandwich left a lot to be desired. Restaurant was very clean. Overall average at best

Its bad when you order chicken and they say there out but they won’t cook anymore and it is in the middle of the day. That’s there job there supposed too keep chicken for the people that ordered it. I think the owner needs to do something about it. Get new management or something

During the day the service and food is wonderful but for some reason when you order at 8:30 which is an hr and a half before they close, they forget how to work. We ordered the 12 piece bucket with the gallon of tea. 2 orders of mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and coleslaw. They were out of legs, breast, biscuits, and mashed potatoes and gravy. Also we ordered it online……They gave us Mac and cheese in place of mashed potatoes and forgot the tea. You don’t close till 10pm so there’s no reason you should be out.
