Service was fast and friendly. Food was good. Lobby was clean and adequate. The only complaint was the store was out of ketchup. And, they had been out for two or three days. It may be minor to some, but I can’t hardly eat fries without it. If I had known this, I would have gotten a different side. Couldn’t the owner/manager went next door and bought some from Walmart until their shipment arrived?

Placed my order through the drive-through, and yet they had me pull forward as well as the vehicle in front of me. The woman came out to inform me they were waiting on the biscuits and asked if I wanted other sides or if I wanted to wait. I informed her i would wait. She returns with my food and I should have checked the boxes but I really shouldn’t have to so I get home and no biscuits w were in with my meal. I had extra sides, which I really didn’t want. I was not happy. Run your restaurants properly.

They had no chicken, just wings. Then they had no fries. All we could get was nuggets and sandwiches. They forgot to bring out or drinks. This store has issues all the time.

Normally this place is decent. Last few times I have been there, it has been extremely cold inside the restaurant. Cold is fine, freezing is not. There were two employees playing games on laptops when we arrived and the food was a little chilled. This is the first time it has happened, so I’ll leave more reviews as I visit more.

We visited this kfc through the drive thru evening of 3-4-2025 we ordered 2 separate orders but only actually received one of them when we asked where the second one was we where told u got em both but they advenually found the second order at there leisure they where to busy chasing each other than our purchases and there is a bunch of kids in this kfc it’s like a play ground for teens.I will never pay a return visit to this kfc the food when and if customers get it was raw and uneatable.Harlan sanders would be embarrassed hids name endorsed this type of service.i do not recommend anyone eating at this restaurant
