Horrible! I placed an online order they didn’t have pot pies, could not refund me because they don’t have anything to do with online orders. Then I am waiting for my 6 piece that should have been done and the guy comes out and says that they do not have two legs that go with my order. They said that they can give me crispy or a different piece of chicken. Mind you I waited 5 minutes at the counter to get helped and then they had not even started my order! I will not be back to this location! Floor was nasty with trash all over and the staff were not well groomed. Dude had a full beard and no beard cover on!

Ordered an 8pc family meal. Had to repeat it twice as if the cashier had never heard of it. Then when reading back the sides I ordered, she tentatively offered “coleslaw and gravy”? I repeated ‘No. Mashed potatoes with gravy, and coleslaw.” Now I am fearfully waiting in the parking lot because they are out of the biscuits and the cashier said it would be 15 minutes to make them. I am fairly sure the rest of the food will be cold by then.

Great famous bowl, and only an up charge of a penny to get a drink and a free cookie. This location is finishing a remodel. They have always not been busy in the past, and now look to have more business due to the remodel. This remodel took 3 weeks, but it looks good.

Went here tonight, the dining room was DISGUSTING, not a clean table, I had to wipe down my own table, there were ants EVERYWHERE on the floor in the dining room, which I can understand because the floors were nasty, I even said something to the girl working and she was like, “that’s gross”, but did anyone come out and clean, nope. The drink station was gross, it was just all nasty. My chicken breast was very tough and overcooked, the only positive thing was the girl that rang us up, she was pleasant. This place needs a manager who can manage and make cleanliness a priority and not a “we will get to it when we get to it”!

Ordered an 8 piece chicken. Doesn’t say Dark Meat until you do some searching thru the details. Thought 8 piece was 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 drum sticks. NOPE… read the fine print. Throwing it away.. not a fan of the dark meat. They won’t answer their phone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
