Went with a group of ladies for our holiday dinner and had a wonderful experience! The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. They even have a beautiful lobby decorated with little Christmas trees and a sleigh that’s perfect for photos. The food was tasty—my chicken piccata was absolutely delicious—and the cocktails were refreshing. We also loved the happy hour specials on appetizers. Highly recommend!

Had brunch here over the weekend with family (and some potential future family members ). We had reservations and were seated right away, which was a great start.
The service was good overall. There were a few small hiccups, but nothing major or anything that took away from the experience. It did seem like the food took a little longer than expected, but it wasn’t unreasonable.
I can’t speak for everyone’s meals, but mine was a bit on the bland side — nothing particularly memorable. That said, the establishment itself is exquisite. The ambiance was quiet, comfortable, and perfect for conversation, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a pleasant experience with room for improvement on the food.

I wish I could give more stars but tonight was kind of a bust. We seen the Spookeasy on social media and we’ve been to Park 600 enough times to know it’s usually a good experience, but tonight I don’t know what was wrong. The service was so severely slow. We were seated quick and then waited at least 10-15 minutes before someone finally came to take our drink order. After that we waited a very long time in between visits from the wait staff and honestly would’ve spent more if they were just attentive to the tables. I feel like they were gathered around the one kiosk behind the bar multiple times just waiting for something. But we didn’t let it ruin our delicious drinks and the spare rib sliders were very good but I mean if you’re going to set up a holiday Spookeasy, make sure you have enough staff to cover the floor and make damn sure that the guests are being taken care of. I really wish I had a better review but it was just an off putting experience at the Park. 600 tonight.

Service was fine. Atmosphere was lovely. The food was a major disappointment. The Brussels sprouts appetizers was barely edible- the Brussels sprouts were so overcooked- they tasted like they were boiled in water instead of fried and crispy. The spinach artichoke dip was burned. My husbands burger was cold and still very pink inside and the truffle fries were undercooked and hard. I got the short ribs. 85% of the piece of meat I was served was all fat and gristle. It was so tough. The carrots were cold and hard. My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a nice night away from the kids and were so bummed with how much of a disappointment our dinner was and expensive!- especially with so many delicious restaurants right out our door in downtown Rochester. We will be back to the hotel but certainly not the restaurant.

We have wanted to come here since the restaurant changed to Park 600 a few years back. We came for a date night. Overall it was good.
The experience started out rough as the staff at the bar and host stand didn’t put a best foot forward. We stood at the host stand for about 5 minutes while about half a dozen staff walked nearby and didn’t even acknowledge us. We walked to the bar to ask if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait, the bartender VERY condescendingly told us to wait at the host stand.
When the host did arrive she was polite but made no effort to apologize about the wait and wasn’t very good at asking us the typical host questions such as, “How many guests?” “Where to sit?” “Have you been here before”. She seemed either very new or very bad as a host.
Luckily our waitress was phenomenal. She was kind and helpful with everything. She helped us with the menu, had great opinions about the food and drinks, and was very attentive.
The apps we ordered took a really long time to come out for how busy it wasn’t so we ended up only getting drinks and apps as we didn’t want to wait another hour for entrees.
What we did have was really good. We had the baked Brie, French onion soup, and the beef stew. The baked Brie with the fruit was amazing, probably the best baked Brie I’ve ever had. The beef stew was also perfect. The French onion was decent but a bit under seasoned. It needed salt and a stronger onion or beef flavor, but was still decent. For the price and wait I would expect better.
2 drinks, an app, and 2 cups of soup ended up being $62. Which is A LOT.
We want to come back when we have more time to enjoy more drinks and don’t mind a longer evening because the food looks really good.
So this one gets a trepidatious recommendation. Make sure you have at least 2-3 hours and are willing to spend a fair bit.

Dispute the other reviews, I would give them 5-stars for effort. The food is actually fantastic! I’ve stayed here several time and I have had several dishes with zero disappointments. The staff is great an engaging with always makes or breaks a review. The atmosphere is vibrant on weekends an very quiet during the week.

It was my first time there and I expected a lot more. Staff is not trained for high customer satisfaction, they did not make us feel welcomed. They tried to place five of us at a small table, so we found a proper table ourselves.
A bottle of wine starts at around $60 up to $500. The wine glasses were dirty and stained, with lipstick marks.
The food was ok, nothing special, and nothing I could not make at home, but prices are high, as expected. We felt rushed. We just started on appetizers and they already brought the main dish, and by the time we got to it the food was cold.
You could get better service at a diner. Save your money, not worth it.

I love the hotel and the restuarant. The manager Enrique was wonderful and Ellie, our server was excellent. The Menu could be elevated to bring it up to the world class ambience with more variety, vegetarian and outher cuisine options. With so much diversity in the area and people choosing healthier options, more vegan ,vegetarian options with other world flavors would be so appreciated! We would visit even more often and I know a lot more of the discerning tastebuds would as well! Glad you guys are around!

Great ambience, wonderful waitress, delicious food. Would definitely go again. Went for brunch from start to finish excellent service! Mimosas delightful, my asparagus omelet was so good and fresh. Everyone at table loved their food and they gave us big portions that we didn’t expect so that was a plus. Truffle fries were addicting. The burrito feeds at least 2 people. Will definitely go again!

Came here for our anniversary dinner, we live locally but were staying at the hotel for a night out. Credit card was required for making a reservation, fairly normal for upscale places. We arrived and weren’t greeted for several minutes despite the place being empty. The entire experience was honestly really disappointing. We were looking forward to getting dressed up and having a nice dinner. With the prices I expected this was more of an upscale type restaurant. The whole experience ended up feeling more like I went to Applebee’s. I felt uncomfortably overdressed in my cocktail dress. There was a family in there with rambunctious kids, and overall the place was pretty empty. It definitely wasn’t the vibe I expected. The server while friendly seemed to significantly lack any kind of higher end service training. Like I said, much more of an experience you’d expect at a casual chain restaurant. I will say both drinks that we had were very good. The server did require that I go up to my room and get my ID before she would serve me. I’ll admit I was annoyed by this but I understand there are rules. I guess what’s confusing is I was served an alcoholic drink at check-in in the lobby without any request for ID so I really didn’t even think about bringing my ID down from my room for dinner as I wasn’t carrying a purse. I’m 34 and its been quite a while since I’ve been carded at a restaurant. My pasta was really planned bland. My husband had a steak. We spent almost $200 on dinner. Overall I really regretted choosing this restaurant for our anniversary dinner. We have kids and rarely get a date night & there are so many good places in the area. I understand that the restaurant has done some rebranding. I feel like they need to make it clear what they are going for here. The hotel is beautiful and higher end, I expected the same from the restaurant. If they really want to go casual they need casual prices. If you’re staying at the hotel on business then this place is probably fine for a convenient dinner. If you’re a local I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to come here.
