I have never had a good experience at this KFC. Today was no different. I only went because my son wanted to for a special occasion. After over 30 minutes of waiting (so much for fast food), I got the wrong chicken. I told the cashier I wanted a thigh and drumstick. She then asked did I want white or dark meat. I told her a thigh and a drumstick. I got a broken wing and a breast that was dry and chokey. The skin was also so crispy I couldn’t eat most of it and the biscuit, which normally is overly buttery, was boring and not at all buttery. It tasted like dough basically. Edit: Just got over the food poisoning. That was a fun experience.

I order ahead but always end up waiting anywhere from 30 min to 1.5 hours after arrival for food. Staff is nice enough, but doesn’t anywhere near makeup for long wait times, especially when I am the only customer there at the time. Manager did apologize and explain they have a new cook, but they definitely need some support from corporate to help this issue. Have not had any problems with the food though.

Went to the draft room and was told it would be 35 minutes before I could get original crispy chicken so I informed the lady that I would go to my errands and come back and pick up an 8 piece original meal Went back and was told that it would take an additional 40 minutes and then it would be 16 more minutes on top of that for sweet tea all in all I was sitting in your parking lot for over an hour and a 1/2 waiting for an 8 piece meal only for them to forget Some of what we ordered. Manager apologized and said that the cook was new and wasn’t able to keep up While others stood around You would think for $38 you would get what you ask for and it wouldn’t take 3 hours to get dinner to the table. Very disappointing

Everything is always smooth when I go there and the food isn’t too bad but it’s just not always fresh. Maybe it’s just I always catch them at down times but the food always look like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile

Every time we go it’s a bad experience. From being yelled at through the drive thru to HOLD ON A SECOND to them getting mad with me because I ask for no gravy on mash potatoes, they give me gravy still and hates to correct it, to them frowning when I ask for condiments such as ketchup. Like wow this place is unhappy and it shows.

Where do I start. It took 15 minutes just to take my order. The cashier didn’t speak at all after messing up the order 4 times. Took another 30 minutes for food that was missing a third of the order. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get someones aattention to fix the mistakes. Another 10 minutes for the missing items. What a disaster.

After I entered and approached the counter, a chubby black girl came to the register. She stood there, said nothing and never looked at me. When she brought my food to the counter, again, never looked at me, didn’t say a thing and just dropped the bag on the counter in front of me. As I sat at a table eating I noticed every black customer was warmly greeted by her (I am an older white guy). KFC can employ people with this sort of attitude if they want to but I’ll never go near the place again. I’ll spend $10.00 for lunch somewhere else where I am treated better.

I’d give it no stars, had I the ability. My drive thru was missing things, not only food items but also plastic utensils. Time to eat like a savage animal, hands only. The clown at the pickup window just moved her arm outside with the bag, saying nothing at all. Kind of eerie, just a silent hand juts out from the window. Guess I was supposed to thank her.

Went and got the double down. Way bigger than I remember. It was fresh and hot. Got the spicy, but it want spicy at all. It was still delicious though. Wish they still did their buffet tho
