On website showed this location was opened until 10:00 pm. Used their navigation arrived at 9:00 at the drive thru. The hours were blacked out. Two cars in parking lot. No answered at drive thru or the phone. Shows opened until 10:00pm , two sites on-line. Someone needs to clarify this information!!

I ordered online and got to the store and food seemed as if it was sitting there all day, I got no utensils or condiments the black heavy set young lady I’m guessing she was the manager is beyond rude. Once remaking my order I asked for utensils and condiments she told me to drive back around to the drive thru because she wasn’t going to walk back out this young lady shouldn’t be dealing with the public at all

Absolutely furious with restaurants not putting EVERYTHING you order in the bag. I ordered a 2 pc box crispy with three sides and three chicken tenders. They left the three chicken tenders out of the bag. Absolutely no order checking here!

Well I ordered a sandwich that included a bun. When opening my sandwich up there was a dead bug on my bread. I was very disgusted. I took it back through the drive- thru to return for a refund. The lady operating the window never said a word to me. She only hand me my money and I left. It would have been nice to say I do Apologize for such a inconvenience. She said absolutely nothing. People please pray over your food and look at it before you eat it.

Won’t be retuning here. Over a month ago I went through the drive-thru. I ordered and paid for a 12 piece. I was given an 8 piece. I was given no receipt in the bag and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Someone on twitter responded and was given all of the details. They have don’t nothing to resolve it and make it right.
