Just ordered eight piece family meal. On Clinton highway at KFC. Got two individual sides when it’s supposed to come with two large. Did not get my biscuits. Try to call will not answer phone Will not be going to that KFC again. This is about the fourth time this has happened.

Sat in drive thru the first time 10 minutes, then went inside line long so I went back to drive thru another 20 minutes. I know restaurants short staff sometimes you have to make a decision why not close the dining room and only have drive thru open if you don’t have enough staff. Then he come to the speaker and say they can’t take my order for about 10 minutes. You need to just closthe restaurant for the day

Two weeks ago our family suffered the passing of a loved one. I cannot say enough about the employees at this KFC. When I explained the need to take food for the family, their compassion was beyond measure. Brandy waited on us and took our order and was so helpful and patient while we placed our order. She gave us a soft drink while we waited on the chicken to be cooked. Wallace and DeMarcus prepared the food and it was delicious!!! Christina also helped during this time. So grateful for your kindness! We highly recommend KFC, Powell TN!!!

The chicken was absolutely gross… Everything else was decent… The biscuits were hard and just seemed like they had been sitting a while… The mashed potatoes and macaroni was good tho at least something was good…. But I will never be paying 60$ for KFC again

I’m always impressed by the fast and great service at this KFC. I have very low expectations for service at fast food restaurants and KFC is usually no different, but this one is the exception. It’s like Chick Fil A opened a KFC. I’m always surprised at how efficient and friendly this restaurant is.

Ordered take out via web site. Showed up on time. Several cars in line. Went to door. Locked. No one in sight through glass. Noticed car in parking lot with 2 employees sitting in it. Asked them what was going. They said they has not had a break all day and Manager was inside changing out something or other. Asked them what I was to do about pick up that I had ordered all dark meat. They Said all they had was breast. Asked about refund. She said I would have to go on line to get it. Won’t be going back.
